Hidden extra charges, awful customer service

Very difficult to get the shuttle, and very long wait at the Viscount Station waiting area (at Toronto Pearson YYZ)
This company charges for using your own liability/damage insurance, which I have never seen before. They also added 33% taxes to this charge!
They charged double the damage authorization amount for the car.
The car was not clean at all when we received it; dirty seats and the trunk area was not properly cleaned or vacuumed.
Customer service is very poor, with lots of unhappy customers on either side of our rental. One poor customer in front of us, said "this is ridiculous", about the charges that he wasn't expecting, and walked out. I'm sorry that we couldn't do that before renting a car for our two week holiday.
Save yourself the trouble, and don't rent from Economy car rental at Toronto Airport.

I ended up spending over $200.00 more…

I ended up spending over $200.00 more using this company instead of going straight through budget. While you think you're getting a great price they'll get you with bs fees or jack up $11.00 worth of tolls to $250.00. This is for the one in Miami. I also prepaid for insurance and then they made me purchase another one, if I didn't, they would have put a $2,500.00 hold on my card. They're a rip off.

Highly Recommend - Economy Car Rental CR

Booking car rental with Angelo has been an absolute pleasure. This is my second time booking with Economy Rent a Car and both times Angelo has helped me with my booking. Angelo always goes above and beyond and has provided exceptional service. The service is outstanding and the prices are unbeatable.
I would highly recommend Economy Car Rental in Costa Rica.
