Super user friendly website, helpful delivery info and quick too.

I ordered a book for school that I needed ASAP, so I paid an extra $ 10 for expedited shipping. My husband used his card to purchase the book, and everything was fine. 30 min later, I got an email stating that my book was canceled due to payment issues. Although there was nothing wrong with his card! I contacted the live chat, which was just an automated bot. They couldn't even find my order, but they had NO problem charging my husband's card! STAY AWAY FROM eCampus Books!!!

Not a hardcover but advertised as such. Company never responded to my complaint about it. They're just a middle man drop shipper of textbooks.

Shipped on Time

I ordered three books for my school. Didn’t help that my teachers told me last minute. The books I needed. Was told my books will ship at the beginning of the following week. My books keep getting delayed and also one of my books just completely was canceled because it was “ lost in shipping” I’m now stuck here wondering what I’m supposed to do because now I have to wait for the refund from the books and also figure out how to get the book I need.

Easy to find required material. Quick shipping. I use it for all of my law school books.

I rented a textbook with ebook access on the campus website. I also paid $39.99 for one-day shipping which stated it would be delivered Monday, January 19th. I was never sent the ebook access code and the book did not arrive on January 19th. I ended up having to get a copy of the book elsewhere. When I tried to initiate a return for the book that did not arrive in time, I was told I would have to pay for a return shipping label, be charged a restocking fee, AND still have to pay for the overnight shipping that did not arrive overnight! Do not buy anything from these thieves!

Update: I returned the book two weeks ago (having to pay for the return shipping myself) and ai still have not received a refund. The tracking confirms that they have received the book. Now they have the book and my money!

Cancelled the order the next day via their online service and was told by the bot that it would be cancelled and my money would be refunded. The booked shipped anyways and now i'm charged 21 dollars and have to reship the book back. Unethical.

They lost one of our buyback books and said we never submitted it. In other transactions they questioned the book authenticity and made us wait months for payment. They issued a buyback check that included payment for four separate orders and charged us $8 for a single check. $2.00 for each transaction even though a single check was issued. Asked for direct deposit but they couldn't get that right either. Horrible customer service. This company only cares about their own profits. Sellers be forewarned, if you want an honest creditable business to sell your books to pass this one bye.

Afterward, they reversed the decision and demanded an unreasonable return shipping fee.” Potential Fraudulent bookstore. I sold them a book, and they claimed the ISBN wasn't the same, even though it was identical. They're ruining their own reputation for an insignificant amount of money. They are completely incompetent.

Books arrived on time and were in great condition. I love renting I hate spending money on books only needed for one semester lol

Placed a last minute order for a book that cost 29.97 and added rush shipping. A few hours later it was cancelled due to "Our internal system recognized irregularities in your payment information and automatically cancelled your order". So I contacted customer service, but no reply. I ordered again with a different credit card. Again, several hours later my order was cancelled for the same reasons. Went back to order again the next day (was going to try Paypal instead of credit card) and saw that the price had gone up to 159.67! Would not recommend this company!
