Communication is key
I never heard of Easytobook before I used them the first time. When the booking was complete and, as a Canadian booking a hotel in Canada I noted the company contact info was in the UK; I was nervous. But every email was responded to immediately and I soon learned the too good to be true price really wasn't. I'll be back!

From reviewing your booking, we found that the booking was submitted on 20th September 2016 under non refundable conditions, which you were able to review prior to booking confirmation.
At this juncture we would like to clarify that some of our rooms are not purchased directly with the hotel. They are pre-purchased, pre-negotiated room allotments which are contract by business partners and thus carry their own terms and conditions, such as the Cancellation Policy.
Furthermore, you requested to cancel the booking on the arrival date after the normal check in time. If you need to cancel your booking on or after you the checked-in date, you would be liable for the full amount of your booking unless the hotel specifically agrees to shorten your stay. If you happen to have any supporting documentation from the hotel, please kindly send to customercare@easytobook.com

Clean room, friendly staff, nice bicycle rental:-)
The Location of the room was Special, becsuse it's in the cellar, which seems to be typically amsterdam. But i Had a Window to the lovely Little back Yard, which was nice and quiet! And the beds are very nice, and what Else do you Need???

Booked a hotel very fast and simply.The cost was very good compared to other sites.The first time i used this site and Im a little afraid that everything will be fine.Hope so I will not have the inconvenience to check in on a hotel, especially that I go to trip with small kid.

Reserved 3 double studio suites but the hotel got a reservation of 3 single deluxe (lower category) rooms
I am very lucky to think about calling the hotel after reserving in your site.
The hotel claimed receiving a whole different reservation !!!!
I let you know by emails and called you but you did not really handled the issue even though you promised doing so within 24 hours.
Since the 2'nd of October is a very important holiday in Israel, the demands are very high and I could not allow myself waiting longer and cancelled.
Meanwhile there were no more 3 studio suites left and I needed to have only 1 studio suite and 2 signature suites what caused me pay much much more and lose money.
Still did not get the refund anyway but it might be because of the credit card company and I hope to see it tomorrow.
I do not really know whose mistake was it but for me you are responsible!!!
and I was the victim although I did not do anything wrong.
Is there a way of compensation on your behalf?

We sincerely apologize for the issues surrounding your booking and any inconvenience this may have caused. However, upon reviewing your booking, we found that the booking was submitted on 19th September 2016 and we were trying to investigate this matter with our business partner since the situation had been brought to our attention.
Please allow us to explain in more detail how our booking system works. We purchase hotel rooms on a booking request by booking request basis from business partners who contract hotel rooms in bulk from hotels around the world, and thus we unfortunately do not deal directly with the hotel. We had escalated the issues to the business partner to investigate the error with the hotel. However, the booking was cancelled during the investigation.
A full refund has already been released to the original form of payment and and the remaining time it takes the funds to be credited back to your account is dependent on the card issuing bank and its internal procedures.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, and thank you once again for your review.

Easytobook but hard to communicate with.
Found cheaper price after booking then emailed them to match price but no one ever responded back to me. They obviously don't care about customer service so why should I bother using them again.

good place but wifi really sucks
Good chalet, good services, beautiful place.
Little bit expensive for me.
WIFI was chaotic. No signal in many places in the area, and when you have a signal, it doesn't works.
It's unaccepteble to announce that hotel offer wifi, because in fact there is no WIFI. You just can connect to access points.
