The checklist was super helpful and I got it all done in just a few hours. Easy, just like they say!

It's good, but not great. The main organisations where I had to change my name, I practically did by myself and didn't need this service. (i.e. Driver's license/Photo ID/Banks/financial institutions you'll need to physically go to a branch; ATO/Medicare you can do online/over the phone) The only useful form they sent me was for my super, but I also had to fill it up again and reprint it as they got my mobile number wrong on this form (but correct on everything else, so surely it wasn't my fault). I think if I got the basic package, it would've been slightly more worth it, but just didn't really work for me. All the details they shared about changing your name across different orgs is very easily searchable online (and some info they shared was also incorrect/outdated). Anyway, probably worth it if you're lazy, definitely not if you're organised.

I paid, I did not receive what I paid for whatsoever because the website wouldn't allow me to continue. I did get a refund which is good because I did the stuff I needed for free anyway.

Took the basic package and it is making the whole process much easier - the checklist is a great place to start. I have found all the pre filled-in forms and emails to be accurate and up-to-date. Maybe a general hint that it's a good idea to start with your drivers licence because a lot of other institutions/companies want a copy of your new photo ID before they can proceed. I would recommend this service.
