I changed my review as Easy name change have rectified this and I received a refund too.

Wrong information to take your money. On their site it says that you don’t need to be a British citizen in order to change your name. Be very careful because you need to be to register your deep poll with the Court. I even mentioned that I need it for my country and ticked the box when in fact the deep poll to be recognized by my country must be registered with UK Court. So, waste of money and time. If is not recognized by my country I cannot change my passport or card ID with the new name. Avoid at all costs. Their deep poll is just a piece of paper that you can do by yourself.
