One of the pairs of glasses came on time but the second pair took a little longer. This wasn’t a huge concern but both were showing stock at the time of order. I have ordered before online and had this time was my first experience with an online rep although she tried hard to get the order corrected I still ended up having to cancel the entire order twice and start fresh. I will still order again in the future.

Quality of the glasses and the shipping speed was amazing ! Mu experience is just as perfect as if I was buying from my local opticians! The only thing missing is adjustment since it's shipped you need to do them manually when you need, but personnally I didn't need any adjustments on mine!

Converted skeptic
I was very skeptical about buying glasses online and so ordered single vision test pairs first. They were a great fit and both the frames and lenses were great quality. I took another chance and ordered progressives this time (the subject of this review) and they are amazing. Much much better than previous progressives purchased at a “members only” big box store, at less than half the price. Am very happy with my purchase, and also extremely grateful for this service during the pandemic. Didn’t have to leave my home or get face to face in a retail shop to buy them. Just chose my frames (tried them on virtually), uploaded a photo of my prescription, and waited. Shipping was lightning quick to Canada (within a week). Highly recommend.

Micheal Kors Santa Clara Frames
Very pleased with the frames I received, too quality. Was hard to find name brand frames online at decent prices you can trust. My frames will need to be adjusted to stay on my face, I do wish that it came with instructions. I also found the quality of the lenses not as high as I hoped, I chose the super thin (1.67) with the digital block, and find that my frames get dirty very fast and don’t clean as easily as lenses from glasses I purchased from a different website.

Great quality and the frame was true to…
Great quality and the frame was true to picture on the website. Turn around time and delivery was quick. I took them to our local Costco eye centre to get them adjusted as they were a bit snug behind the ears but that’s to be expected.
