And by the way, a word of caution to anyone reading this review: stay far away. In my experience, almost every easyJet representative has contradicted the previous one. You receive one answer from one department, a different answer from another, and then yet another response that contradicts both.
easyJet publicly responded to my review asking me to provide my details so they could investigate the matter. I promptly supplied everything requested, yet no meaningful resolution followed. It gives the impression that these public responses are made to look helpful rather than to genuinely resolve customer complaints.
Everything seems fine while they are taking your money, but when a serious problem arises, be prepared for a cycle of conflicting responses, broken assurances, and endless delays. Even written confirmations from one part of the company can later be contradicted by another.
That said, I will not be giving up. I have extensive written evidence, including assurances from easyJet representatives, and I will continue escalating this matter through the appropriate regulatory and legal channels until a fair resolution is reached.
I am determined to obtain the reimbursement and justice that have repeatedly been promised to me.
Why cant easy jet find information when their flights are delayed over an hour and a half.
My flight from Tivat was delayed by and hour and a half causing me to miss my flight to London from Geneva KC5M4PZ KC5M4NF

Very patient and helpful young lady asked me for the booking details and informed me she had updated my details with regard to taking my CPAP machine on board as cabin luggage.

Trying to make a claim for a flight delay. EasyJet make it so difficult. They should change their name to DifficultJet. I filled in the online form to the best of my ability, following the instructions but a day later I got an email saying that the form was rejected because the details entered didn’t match the information entered when the booking was made. But EasyJet didn’t tell me which bit of information was incorrect so I had to guess. So, I filled in the online form again. Same thing happened. So I tried again and this time I got an email acknowledging my request for compensation. But would you believe it, a few days later another email arrived saying the details entered didn’t match the booking form. So I decided to phone customer services, The customer services rep found my previous three applications for compensation linked to my booking reference but she could tell me what information I had entered incorrectly, ironically, the EasyJet computer could link all my 3 compensation claims together using the booking reference but couldn’t recognise that I was a legitimate claimant. I guess it’s a cunning plan to discourage people from claiming. Anyway, the customer services rep was unable to approve my request for compensation and neither could she tell me what i had entered incorrectly. She advised me to submit the compensation claim again but this time make two claims, one for my wife and one for me. This I did but I have heard nothing. No rejection email and no acknowledgement email, nothing. So, I have no idea whether or not my claim had got through. Diabolical customer service. The silly thing is (or is it a clever trick by easyJet to avoid compensation) that EasyJet know I and my wife boarded the plane because they scanned our boarding passes.
