We arrived on Friday the 24th of August to find the Regent had been through some Renovation work,
As we approched the Desk to book in, The Girl at the Desk could not find our booking, but lucky enough she had a Room available, which was nice,
but disapponinted in Easybreaks Administration.

Good in the Regent hotel in Oban was very good and staff were friendly.Our room was in the older bit of the hotel normally we stay in the newer part which we prefer as my husband can use the lift

Really easy to use and easy to book with great phone manner

very professional polite telephone manner very helpful, and lo and behold a company who said they will ring you back with further information actually did ring at the exact time they said they would, well done! would have had a 5 star rating, but £6 admin fee when booking? not sure I like that so much. Very pleased with room. Comfortable and plenty hot water. Good size TV. Food delicious and great selection. Staff very helpful.

The lady I spoke to went out of her way to help me plan a 5 night break. Will deffenatley be using easy break again. A definite 5 star service.
