What a fantastic service!
I took an elderly friend looking for a mobilty scooter recently and after visiting a place local to us where the sales lady wasn't very helpful at all we headed over to Easi-Way on the Croft industrial park in Bromborough.
The staff in this place have gone above and beyond with an obvious wealth of knowledge about each scooter my friend tried and everything was done at her pace.
There's was absolutely no pushing for a sale from them at any time.
Her scooter was delivered to her home today and once again the salesman (so sorry, I didn't get your name) was extremely helpful in ensuring that my friend was happy with her purchase, had had another test drive around her area and he made sure that there weren't any questions left unanswered before he left.
Hopefully we won't need to contact the shop with any issues 🤞 but he told us do not hesitate to contact them if any problems do arise.
10/10 Easy-Way!
I will definitely be recommending you to my other elderly friends/clients should they need assistance with any mobility needs.

Friendly staff, excellent service.
We’ve bought a few items over the years for our nan who’s become less mobile over time. I have to say the staff are very helpful and we’ve always come away with exactly what we’ve needed. Our last purchase ( a wheel chair) didn’t quite fits the needs of our nan but a month later they were more than happy to exchange it for one that she found more suited to her needs. Can’t recommend them enough.

Great service as always. We have used Easi-Way a number of times over the years and have never been disappointed. Our most recent purchase was a riser recliner and we are very happy with it. Has made dad's life so much more comfortable. Thank you 🙏

Above and Beyond! Thanks!!…
I took my wife’s mobility scooter (which admittedly is old) to Easy-way to see if we needed to upgrade. The staff were extremely helpful and assured me this wasn’t necessary as it could be repaired after a service. After a few days I collected it expecting a large bill but this wasn’t the case as they traced back my purchase date and honored the warranty! I can’t recommend them enough! Great service very much appreciated!

Tried to rip off my 83 year old dad
Tried to rip off my 83 year old dad. Told him his 1 year old mobility scooter was beyond repair and they would scrap it for him. I got it back from the shop and a bit of Googling found it to be a £50 electromotive brake. All back up and working now. How many other old folks have they ripped off

Hi I'm sorry if you feel that we treated your Dad unfairly it was not our intention.
The scooter a Drive Autofold was not supplied by ourselves but we do try and fix most makes and models.
The scooter was found to have a crack on the main chassis under the seat as well as requiring a new brake to solve the issue it originally came in with. We did say that potentially a new Trans-axle might be required but that would of been identified as not needed if a repair had been carried out. We were not happy to repair the brake without the chassis being fixed as we considered it unsafe.
Friendly staff
Bought a few small items from here and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. The shop has a good range of products too.
