Duracell used to make great batteries - sadly that's no longer true. They leak way before they should these days.

Duracell batteries leak …

I am fed up with Duracell adverts on TV Which recommended, my experience is firstly all batteries should be leak proof but not Duracell, when my tv remote failed I opened the battery compartment it was full of white muck from the batteries, same on a portable radio torch, Wii, Cordless door bell after a month failed it was caused by faulty Duracell batteries although they measured 1.5v failed on load.

False advertising

I dont know who the clown is that made the commercial stating their make rc car go faster is....but your commercial is the dumbest ever. A 9volt rc car only takes 9volts, and the batteries dont make the motor any faster. Rc car motors only turn what the factory manufacturers. So yeah your batteries dont make things run faster. Biggest false advertising I've seen in the last 10min.

Don't Waste Your Money

I bought these batteries excited to try them. I open them up and they were corroded. Returned those got new and they were corroded as well. Very expensive for not adding up to it's name.

Very poor service from Duracell

I purchased a large pack of AA batteries early December £12. Each one I tried in my grandkids Christmas gifts lasted between 1 and 4 days then nothing. I emailed a photo of the front and back of the pack as requested and a copy of the till receipt. I had to send the email 3 times. Then this week they request that I send the batteries back to them to investigate at my expense, as if I’m going to send my evidence in. So I took the batteries back to the store where I brought them, they refunded without any fuss. Now that’s the way you deal with loyal customers. What a shoddy service Duracell provide. It made me very annoyed that I had to go through hoops with no sign of a refund or voucher to replace the faulty ones. I have bought a different set of batteries and will never used Duracell again. Shame on you

Poor Service - If the Battery is any good time will tell

I would like to be able to tell how the Apple Macbook Air Duracell Battery is but it has not arrived. Supposed to be next day delivery, Ordered Wednesday and on contacting them advised that due to a 24 hour delay it will arrive Monday!!! Thing they need some lessons in maths. Was counting on having this for the weekend. Could have bought elsewhere and had on time but went with the well known Duracell Brand. Would not buy from them again
