Scammers
It has been one month since I placed an order for a gasket for my refrigerator, and I have not received any communication regarding the status of my order. I have not received any emails, phone calls, or shipment notifications. The company does not respond to emails. I contacted them today to inquire about the situation, and one employee indicated that I connected to the incorrect department and was unable to reconnect. This situation suggests that the company may be fraudulent.
