Barry is a real gentleman..

Barry is a real gentleman... came and checked my shower, gave great advice and didn't charge because he didn't need to do anything. Would absolutely recommend him. Will keep his number in my phone for the future!

excellent service

I rang because I wasn't fully sure what part I needed for my triton t90. My issue was diagnosed over the phone, the correct part delivered promptly and now the shower doesn't over run when turned off!

Poor delivery service

Had a message to say that my item was dispatched on 25th June , now 2nd July and still not delivered.
I ordered something from Amazon uk on the same day and that was delivered yesterday
If you want it quick don't order from Dublin Showers

I'm sorry for the delay in the delivery. We are not Amazon and we don't have their delivery network unfortunately. All of our orders are handled by An Post. An Post are up to 5 full working days but usually closer to 1 to 3 days. Quite often next day delivery. I can't deal with this issue on a third party review site but if you reply to any email we sent to you then I can look into the matter
