They don't pay back the money for your returned goods.They just send confirmation that they have credited and paid back the amount but I haven't received any money back. Their customer service doesn't answer, neither by email nor by phone. Very bad. I used to order with them but I won't do it anymore!

I bought two pairs of jeans but didn't get them home. I emailed and called dress for less several times but never got a response. Now today I instead received an email saying that they have canceled my order, but I have not received any money back.

Bought a pair of boots still waiting over 2 weeks later , 3 emails and no response , website says they are in the UK but NO the company is in Germany, please don’t give your hard earned money to these scammers

I ordered shoes and t shirt, paid for both articles, I received only shoes. I wrote to find out what happened with t shirt, never got any direct answer. I will never used this online shop again.

I ordered 10 items of clothing and received a cheap harmonica instead of the items I paid for. They won't answer emails or refund my money. Scammers.

I ordered some sandals from Germany. I live in Spain. Dress for Less sent the parcel with only part of my address and no Customs information. After one week of sending numerous emails to Dress for Less / DHL and the Post Office. Only the Post Office has replied to inform me the parcel was sent back by Customs. I tried to call Germany - of course, no one answered the customer service number. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

buying is ok. Shipping time is "decent" which means about 10 days for me. BUT returning items is horror. There is several guides how to return. Customer service sucks totally. No answers. Hard to get refunds etc.

I strongly suggest to buy from elsewhere.

Can't get my return money back. Its been weeks now and they still asking all kind of questions 🙄.

Not recommended, very poor communication. I have returned stuff in March and still not got refund. I am worried that never will. Do not buy from them.

Very disappointed with the DHL delivery service and your team.
When placing the order from abroad , your team must advise the customer that VAT and Custom fee is not included then take the payment.
I will be leaving a negative review for your services.
In the end I had to go and pick up my item from post office as your Delivery partner/ drivers are fools and they take the paying customers as fools.

I ordered clothes from DRESS FOR LESS and received the parcel promptly on the 12.01.23. The clothes were unsuitable. I paid postal charges to receive and also to return the goods. Returned the goods on 13/01/23. I have not received a response from the company and fear that a REFUND IS UNLIKELY.

Customer service just doesn't exist. I wrote them many times and called them on every phone they have on their website: nothing, no response at all...

NOT WORTHY OF ONE STAR! took ages for goods to arrive as held at customs. The company website does not mention duty save in relation to parts of Spain. They do not even make it clear they are not a UK company despite the web address. An order worth £268 resulted in me having to pay £101 in duty. On returning some goods (to the UK but having to pay return postage myself) I am still waiting for a refund 10 days later. emails are ignored and the telephone number is 'not recognised'. I order from other sites in mainland Europe and have never had to pay duty on clothing. Do not use unless you like aggravation in your life.

I’ve used this company a couple of times. This time my parcel was open when it arrived and had been repackaged by Royal Mail. It said my parcel arrived in the UK damaged. There were items missing from my order. I emailed customer services on 9th August 2022. I had an auto response in German telling me that I would get a reply in 3 days. 10 days later I have heard nothing, apart from an email to tell me that DHL have told them that my order is delivered. This company might be great if all is well but if something goes wrong you will be lucky to hear from them. I wouldn’t use them again EVER

I ordered some US Polo Assasin shoes, the price was amazing and it took them only 5 days to deliver it.
I can't do anything else but recommend dress for less 👍😀

I 've been buying designer clothes from DfL for over 8 years now. First I was located in Germany and later on on Cyprus and Greece... I am now based in Greece. The clothes are absolutely genuine and the site completely legit. I have placed orders of high and small value. Whenever I contacted the customer service the response was within 24h and educated. The refunds where always unproblematic. Major drawback the lack of a loyalty scheme and that the customer is burdened with the return shipping costs AND the high shipping costs (for orders only outside the DACH region). The company has potential to grow if it is updated to current online marketing status, see Adidas online store. On the other hand I prefer to be charged 9,99 shipping costs if I am to save by ordering multiple designer clothing items, e.g. Tommy Hilfiger men's bermuda in now sold for 49euro on TH outlet at McArthur Glen, likewise on Dress for Less.
