Do not buying from this website !! I ordered some hoodies month ago and parcel not arrived and they say they dont know how to refund my money !!!!!

Don't buy from this store. ZERO customer service and the quality of the products is absolutely horrible. I am waiting for a refund because their policy does not cover returns, but I have had to send many mails and no answer.

Ordered a footy shirt. Turnaround was about 3 days. Excellent service. Didn't realise it came from Germany, but DHL was tracked all the way and even with a delay due to bad weather, still got to me on the day due, and the item was exactly what I ordered. Right size, right product. Good price too. I have had no problems with Dress for Less and would order from them again, and recommend.

I order few pcs from this their website on Black Friday. They made shipment very fast - 2nd of December parcel was send. 5th of December parcel left Germsny to Cyprus. Due to covid circuments I wait on parcel long time - I got it yesterday (4.01). Bit it was worth! The clothes are verygood quality, everything packed separetly in original plastic bags, next in the box. In box you can find returning form and sticker with address if you need send back something. I’ really happy with my shoping and I will be back :)

Very bad customer service experience with Riema Ashoti. I was waiting for a very long time for my package and I didn't arrive then it went back to the store apparently. I wrote a very angry e-mail and all I got back that I didn't know my postal code. That is pretty odd when H&M and Amazon and all other companies deliver my packages and they can't even do try. Riema Ashoti thank you for the rudest conversation I ever had with a Customer care agent.

Im happy witch purchases on dress for less. Need waiting sometimes longer because its coming from other country. I never have problem with that company. Amazing prices, very good quality. Always cheaper than original websites.

Fast delivery, clothes just as on the photos, when return - got money back within a week after sending 1 item back.
Definitely recommending!

Bought some items in the website, got some issues and the customer service was unable to fix those issues. Long story short: the pictures shown differ widely from the items they actually send and then the customer service "is not capable" of understanding - the latter part of the sentence is actually ironic but I'm not sure of this since they speak really bad english. They literally google translate the answers.

They arrived four working days later as per the delivery FAQ's excatly what was ordered...

Then I order Jeans that came & were far to big & incorrect, ask to return to UK center, Done, then they provide tracking back to them, However now no tracking number & no response, been 4 weeks already & no refund, paypal dispute & now investigating the company as it seems they do this regular & end up keeping funds./

Was looking for a jacket but couldn't find it anywhere but here and on the manufacturer's own site (which charged a lot for shipping). Was sceptical because of the low price but gave it a try anyway. Received the order within five days and am very satisfied.

Bought a winter parka,which was dispatched in just a couple of hours and arrived in the UK 6 days later.The price was 70% off so I'm very happy indeed. I did send a query to customer service and got a reply the same day. I would be happy to order again, brexit permitting!
