On an impulse I went in to try some mattresses, 30 minutes later I left with an order done a new mattress. Process was easy and even had a body scan done on a clever bit of kit. Raghuraj was helping and helped me in choosing the perfect fit.

There was a sale on in Dreams so we went there first.
We were met by Guy who talked us through our options who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We never felt pressured in anyway but he was always there to answer questions. I cannot recommend him highly enough

From the minute we walked through the door of Dreams at Seafield In Edinburgh Godfrey took great care of us even bringing us a coffee / water . He was very pleasant, understanding and very knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and we felt very relaxed and not forced into making a choice. Really felt he gave 110% and worth more than 5 stars

Wendy was so helpful, and friendly when I was looking for a double bed. After the ingenious ‘sleep match’ to identity the pressure mattress I needed, she gave us a good range of options and right on my budget. And she threw in some free pillows too!

Incredibly helpful staff member who talked us through all the headboards we were considering. We eventually found just what we were looking for with the right colour for our newly decorated bedroom.

We were let into the shop at 9.30 not 10.00 am by a welcoming member of staff. He advised us about choosing a mattress and asked us lots of relevant questions. We chose a suitable one at an excellent price and very good quality. He covered all our requirements and we were happy .The service was excellent.
