from minute you walk in the door help was at hand but in the background not hounding you ,letting you look and try at leisure,knowing you could ask questions and get answers if needed. .through to helping supply pillows to going on mattress machine.then selecting the beds suited to us and letting us choose in our own time. next totaling the cost and explaining in detail ech step. and all this done with a smile and polite manner.

Buying a bed is not an everyday event and having a very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful sales assistant made the task an enjoyable one.
The bed, headboard and especially the most suitable mattress I bought have proved to be perfect choices. I highly recommend this company.

Was kept well informed about the delivery time for my mattress and it was spot on. The delivery men were very helpful and put my my new mattress on the bed and also the mattress cover, which was much appreciated as my hands aren't too good.

The Dreams personnel in the store were friendly and helpful. I was tested on a computerised bed to see which type of bed would suit me best, and then taken round the store to try out various mattresses. The buying process was straightforward and every step explained. I was shown an itemised invoice to check before paying. Delivery was on time, and very efficient. They explained how to look after my mattress and took away my old one. Altogether a very pleasant experience without any hassle. 10/10!

Our experience was with excellent shop assistants and deliver. The bed has not been slept in as it's for visitors.

The service I received on my visit to the store was friendly and helpful. I had to change my delivery date twice, but this was done efficiently and without any problems.
Delivery was on time and the delivery drivers were very helpful.
I would definitely use Dreams again.

Absolutely love my new bed i sleep so well, once I've gone off, morning comes round far to quick I don't want to get out of it, Thank you to Lucy who recommended the bed to me just the right height being disabled I can get into it easily compared to my old bed, also the mattress cover,like thank you Lucy and the other staff who work in dreams they are all very polite and kind. The service was good at the store and the 2 hour delivery slot was great the delivery driver phoned to confirm and was very helpful with the delivery. I am very happy with the bed have no complaints.
