Fantastic bed

Communication about delivery was excellent, installation was quick & professionally done. The two gentlemen were polite friendly & respectful of property.

Have slept really well since new bed & mattress arrived. Very happy.

Sales team very friendly and polite and helpful. Nice coffee on offer. Delivery team very professional. Warehouse or picking team need to check that both sets of feet attached to base are same not different. This issue was sorted out by the sales team.

Above and beyond by Claire help me pick the right bed for my son.

I benefited from the instore computerised gizmo that, having taken readings while I laid on the test bed, recommended which type of mattress would be best for me. I wasn't pressured into making a purchase, but having used the company before, I had no hesitation on selecting a mattress which was on sale. The mattress was delivered on 24th January 25 , brilliant quick service, although I did play my part in getting rid of obstacles for the delivery guys.

Dreams were extremely helpful with choosing the correct mattress for us. The mattress is so comfortable and we purchased the silent night super springy pillows which are the best I have ever had. Dreams have a great customer service and the products are very good.

Entered the store, was dealt with very quickly, manager told us to have a mooch around so he could get bed test ready for me, got to go on said bed tester, 3 minutes on there I could of fallen asleep, once completed he had to wait for a print out I was then seen by Shaun Bhakar at Telford store, he knows his stuff, hassle free transaction, was dealt with quickly, got a bonus free mattress protector, also was offered a lovely pillow at a discount price, and a duvet which I might of not needed, bit considering I bought a new bed and and mattress only made sense to buy duvet aswel, bed that was bought was a Maidstone D mattress, firm, perfect for me.

Wasn't aware of the pay installments, as I could of done with spreding it over 3 months, but hey it's done now, delivery time is approximately 9 days which is nothing in this day and age.

Who explained options in detail

Bed is well made but we had to chase pillows and duvet for days. There was no mention of waiting for the softs to arrive at purchase. Store chased up items for us, but having no information in the first place was poor.

Edit: following contact with Dreams they have offered the charge for bed removal to be removed from my bill as a gesture of good will. I have accepted, and am happy with the conclusion.

My partner and I went into the store to look for a nice comfortable mattress that would suit us both.

We were greeted with a smile and had great customer service throughout from Shaun Bhakar, one of the salesmen. He was fantastic in helping us choose the best mattress for us.

We were asked if we would like to use the “Sleepmatch” virtual bed which uses modern and innovative technology designed to discover your sleep patterns, and then uses the results to advise on the most suitable mattress. Amazing tech! We were then shown a few mattresses that matched our results. When we saw one we liked, but was slightly over budget, Shaun did some digging into the deals he could offer, and we agreed on a Silent Night Recovery 2000 mattress, which Shaun sold us at a fantastic price. He even threw in free delivery, which was a bonus for us.

The mattress arrived on time and we love it. Great service and happy customers, thanks to Shaun at the Telford branch!

Claire was also very helpful when we popped in to ask some questions, prior to the delivery, which she answered for us. We found both Shaun and Claire to be very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Thanks guys!

Great staff who advised on purchase of a new mattress. No problems with delivery and transporting mattress to bedroom. A gorgeous sumptuous mattress that is extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend purchasing from Dreams.

Very professional explained all aspects of sale offered refreshments ect. On returning to shop to pay balance one mattress had dropped in price but we got the extra discount so will recommend to all my friends and family.
