absolutely perfect, we did the body scan to see what mattress it recommended, had a choice of 3, we choose 1 that was recommended. Delivered a week later no hassle or stress, very quick exchange old out new in, and it’s perfect. Not had a bad nights sleep since.

The young man in the shop (Ash) was really helpful, polite, respectful and cheery, as was the young lady who helped us buy another mattress and bed. The shop is airy and very clean..no loud music..which is always a bonus. We have actually left shops because of the loud noise that is supposed to be melodious! I love Dreams and this Northwood bed is stunning. I’ve bought a double and a single bed frames for my children’s room and it looks absolutely beautiful. Received so many compliments on them. My eldest daughter will be placing an order for herself as she’s in love with it too. I would definitely recommend this beautiful bed!

I wasn’t impressed by having to wait 5 weeks for my new bed, but when it was delivered they did a very good job assembling it and taking the old one away.
I have struggled to get used to the Tempura mattress and wondered if I had made a terrible mistake, but after 2 weeks I think I’m finally getting there.

The staff was very helpful and they supported me to make an informed decision. He assisted us in choosing and gave me time to think and try all various beds till i got what i wanted

I came to buy a bed for myself and had Josh help me with picking and he’ was amazing! Very attentive and gives u all the information you need. His service was on point. I loved it so much I brought the rest of my family to buy a bed there too, and all my family found his service amazing.
