The salesperson did not offer next day delivery. The salesperson never called back.

Staff were helpful and pleasent, and not pushy, gave me plenty of time to try several mattresses and to make up my mind.

Good product and an excellent price within our budget will shop with you again

Excellent staff very friendly and helpful

Ordering and delivery were great. We are disappointed that the new king size tempur mattress is smaller on each side than our old king size tempur mattress. This leaves a gap in our bed frame.
Not sure if this can be resolved.

Arrived early brilliant

I would defintely recommend Dreams at Stockton to buy beds and mattresses from. From the moment you walk in the staff are very helpful, and even give you a cup of coffee. We were looking at mattresses, and the staff member said we could use the Sleepmatch which works out which type of mattress is best for us. She then showed us the different type of mattresses and explained all the details of the different types. We made our choice and had it delivered. They also gave us a free good quality pillow each which are very comfortable. It is a very comfortable mattress and well worth going to Dreams for.

Visited the Dreams store at Portrack, Stockton with my elderly Father, Peter Hodgson. We were helped by store attendant David who was incredibly helpful and treated Dad with care and respect throughout. David was patient and considerate, extremely knowledgeable but never applied any sales pressure. He is a credit to the company and we’ve would appreciate him being recognised! Well done and thank you David.

Didn’t like to have to pay to have pay thirty nine pound to have the mates put in a roomOf my choice or else it wouldn’t of being taken upstairs the at was not including delivery The delivery men were excellent friendly and careful Won’t use dreams again

Staff not pushy we were able to browse then ask for help

The chap (unfortunately can’t remember his name) who helped pick our bed and mattress was great, really helpful and didn’t make us feel under pressure to buy there and then. We had narrowed it down to a couple and he advised us to go home and think about it then come back when we were ready. We did that and came straight back the next day. Bought a lovely bed and very comfortable mattress. It looks fab in our newly decorated bedroom.
We were really happy with the service and especially with the chap who helped us.

The lady explained about different types of mattresses very well. I was shown lots of different matress's to try out.
Delivery was on time. And the old mattress was taken away for free.
The mattress is very comfortable.

A sales assistant that was not pushy who listened to our requirements. He then gave us his full attention . Our delivery arrived on time by 2 professional men who were extremely helpful and informative. The new bed /headboard and mattress are very comfortable as is the replacement mattress for our previous Dreams bed

Wide range of mattresses, expert knowledge and no pressure just interested staff

I bought Lucia bed with matching cabinets, blanket box & mattress. It’s good quality strong furniture.
Assembly of bed & under bed drawers was straight forward. Everything aligned perfectly.
Staff in store were very helpful & knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Helped me choose a mattress that has proved to be perfect for me.
Chose a delivery date in store. Day before delivery due received text & email with 2 hour time slot. On morning of delivery driver phoned to confirm times.
Delivery team were pleasant & courteous. Wore over shoes inside my home.

Delivered on time and very effective.

The lady who took care of us was wonderful as my husband had a stroke in September and she was so patient and nice she explained everything whitch took three times but she just kept calm with him it was appreciated by me and him. The mattress has been a massive help as he needs sleep to get better so a big thanks to your lady and everyone who help with the delivery too.
