I was very pleased with the service I received from 1st visiting Dreams for my purchase, the guy I spoke to was very helpful and informative to the 2 guys who delivered my bed and assembled it for me. All in all everything was done very efficiently.

I took my elderly parents to Dreams in Hornchurch to buy a new mattress. The assistant was very helpful and gave them a lot of time to try different mattresses without putting any pressure on them to buy. They ended up buying the one they preferred along with two memory foam pillows and a new headboard.

Super friendly environment and made the whole process very easy! Everything was explained to me very well and was all sorted in matter of 24 hours! Cant wait for my new bed

This is what dreams are made of! phone call to their sales department, lovely guy talked through everything with me about my choice of mattress and delivery as I was a bit concerned as my husband recently had a stroke and wouldn't be able to help. No problem, delivery arranged for few days time, return bag for old mattress and pillows arrived before mattress delivery. text day before as promised, call on day 30 mins before van due here, 2 great guys in and out in 15 mins, New mattress unpacked, put onto bed and all rubbish cleared, they even removed their shoes before entering house. Painless, full marks to Dreams and their dream team of employees!! Also the mattress is FAB we are both sleeping better! thank you.

Great service with good level of hygiene maintained.

Very disappointed with the poor quality of this ottoman bed when trying to assemble. Nothing was aligned when assembling the screws and bolts. Really frustrating. Cheap plywood in places. Overall once eventually assembled it seems sturdy. Very good mattress. Never received the mattress protector promised with the insurance. Had to go back to the store where they only had a double instead of a small double. Delivery of the whole bed was a good experience.

They take great care with you. All questions were answered. Very good customer service.

Martin at dreams in Romford was great! Tailored all my options to myself and my partner and made it a very easy shopping experience. There were a lot of choices in the shop and the dreams sleep machine was very helpful for deciding on the best options.

I had a great experience from selecting a bed in store (Hornchurch) to delivery and my bed being put together by the team. Martyn was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help us with all our queries while in store - even got a bottle of water!
Robbie and his partner delivered and put my bed together - they arrived within the time slot given and the communication before arrival was great. I received emails and texts for when my delivery would arrive as well as a call from Robbie the day before and on the day. My bed was built faster than I expected and Robbie talked me through the need to knows - how to lift and close the ottoman properly, the dos and don'ts as well as when to flip the mattress. They cleaned up after themselves taking all the boxes but left the mattress packaging as I have 40 day trial period to decided whether the mattress is right for me. It's very comfortable so I think I will be keeping it.

Visited the Romford (Hornchurch) store, after a very bad experience with a rival Furniture store (with initials FV...) Needed to purchase mattress relatively urgently and Dreams were great from start to finish. So glad I went with them. Greeted as soon as I walked through the shop door and Lee was very helpful and friendly. Have now had my item delivered right on time as promised, and customer communication has been great and very honest (unlike their rivals...). Will definitely consider shopping with Dreams again and have already recommended them to others due to such a positive experience.

Romford store staff were outstanding although a hard to find store the one to one service was outstanding. Delivery on time and assembly was quick. Highly recommend and now awaiting a call for a second bed when in stock.

I bought a Hopkins Ottoman king bed and a superb mattress.

Not only did I benefit from the discount available but I was ably assisted by Martyn at the Hornchurch branch. No hard sell just advice and guidance.

Delivery dates were good and the lads who delivered and assembled the bed were polite professional and extremely efficient.

It is a superb purchase and one I am pleased I made even if I had not planned to buy a new bed at that time. Seeing is believing.
