Nibs, our sales lady was very well versed with the product and did her utmost to assist us in our purchase. She was so good at her job we ended up buying another bed and when we had a query some weeks later she resolved it without question. Would definitely recommend!!

Buying the mattress has been a smooth and efficient process. The worker Georgina proved very competent.

Both delivery men were joyous and extremely efficient. One person (I think his name was rob if I remember correctly) was an absolute pleasure to be around. Very funny and positive.

You people are fantastic

The whole process of ordering a new mattress. and recycling the old was so simple!
I was kept informed all the time - delivery date, delivery time, and a call 10 minutes before arrival.
These simple actions make a lot of difference when ordering any service. You feel confident the company know what they are doing and will turn up on time.

Placed my order on the phone - the salesperson took the time to make sure all the delivery details to a tricky address were in place and everything went very smoothly. The bed is perfect.

George, our guide, showed us the types of bed in accordance with our assessment. She gave us time and space to choose our mattress and was very helpful throughout the whole process.

Made a purchase for a single bed for our small room. It was a very seamless process from purchase at the showroom to deliveries. The sale assistant was very helpful with our requirements. The delivery driver went above and beyond.
The only issue I had was time given for delivery which was 5 weeks. Apart from that we were very happy with Dreams - Romford. Would highly recommend for your bedding needs.

Sales assistant Kirsty went out of her way to explain how the Dreams sleep measurement equipment worked and walked my wife and I through the bed and pillow selection process. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend Dreams to friends and family.

Dreams showed great customer service from sales with George showing us each bed that was suitable for my family to the helpline when there was a slight blip but was sorted out quickly with no fuss, to delivery. Loved our beds too.

Exceptional customer service and Nidhi was attentive and personable throughout, we highly recommend going in to see her.

Served by Iqbal at the Romford branch. Great service for choosing a mattress for our son. He was very polite & helpful. He used the sleep machine to analyse which mattress would be suitable for him. We found a really good mattress with his guidance. Highly recommend this branch of Dreams.

Assistant in shop was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Delivery was as agreed & delivery men were respectful & polite.

Lovely sales assistant who served us and took great care and attention in finding us just what we needed. The Harrison Spinx mattresses are a dream!! Naz our assistant was new to her job but didn’t fail to impress. From purchase to delivery- 💯 would recommend

Everything when ok from buying the mattress and the delivery was very good driver and mate where very helpful

We went to the Gallows Corner store , Romford to choose a new bed. After extensive research, we decided that Dreams Beds would give us the best fit for our home. We’re a couple who have different weights, I’m 2/3 thirds of my husband’s weight. Martyn, suggested we use the Dream bed analysis machine then we tried several beds. As we already had a substantial latex topper he suggested we go for an extra firm. After choosing the bed ‘Amersham’ and after delivery by an excellent team , we decided to review our bed base that had springs which were too bouncy.
Once again, Dreams and their affiliated company, Feather and Black came out on top from all our internet research. I went back to the Romford store where a very helpful young lady supported me to order the bed base to complete our bed. I chose a base that was not too deep and had a continental drawer configuration. Two weeks later our bed base was delivered by an excellent team, Josh and Paul hauled our hold bed base away and brought our new one in . They were an excellent team: efficient, polite and knowledgeable.
Now we’ve had our new bed in place for a couple of nights our shoulder aches are easing and we actually feel that the bed is bigger!! Can you believe it? After many months of undecided internet ‘doom scrolling’ Dreams really did make our dream bed come true!!

The only problem we’ve had is that our bed was reduced by £80.00 a few days after our purchase, before we took delivery. I tried to contact customer services for support. I phoned several times but couldn’t get through so unhappily we feel that Dreams Customer Services have let all the other guys down.

In and out in no time, great guys ,took all the rubbish away. Showed me how everything worked
