Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was given plenty of time to try out the mattresses and never felt under pressure, at the same time the assistant was still very attentive. I was very happy with the options that were presented to me and the whole process was easy and comfortable. I was happy with the prices and the number of options I had

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable
Kerryn was extremely helpful and friendly and she really knew her products, having a lot of knowledge to share. She helped me to use the sleepmatch machine, and made the whole process of choosing a mattress and relaxing one. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service in Reigate branch
Excellent customer service in Reigate branch, staff took time explaining different types of mattress did not feel rushed. When mattress was delivered drivers were very careful taking kingsize mattress up stairs and removing old mattresss. After delivery found lot of unfinished threads on top mattress were stitching was not complete, spoke to customer service and replacement order no problems very helpfull. Replacement mattress delivered and again drivers curtious and careful. Really pleased with mattress and all round service provided. Well done

Beautiful White Wooden Bed.
We were really happy with the white wood-framed bed that we bought from Dreams in Reigate. The delivery came within 2 weeks of our order and payment. The bed was delivered upstairs in our bedroom and was very easy to assemble. Now it is comfortable and looks very attractive.

Refreshingly Enthusiastic
The service we had from the moment we stepped over the threshold of the shop to the delivery really was second to none and you can so rarely say that these days. It was just an overall positive experience. If there is one word I can use to describe the salesman to the delivery men it's enthusiastic. So refreshing and so lovely to feel that they all care about their role in my experience

Could not be more impressed. From the covid safety measures in place to the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. We had looked online and had some questions, all of which were answered. I expected a wait of a few weeks for delivery but it was 4 days!!
