Right from the start, the sales people were so helpful and friendly. Offering us what we could afford and even gave some freebies. The delivery was on time and kept us up to date beforehand, when it would arrive.
We looked around other bed stores after reserving a bed at Dreams and everywhere else was so expensive. We definitely got a bargain.
The beds are easy to build and an absolute dream (pardon the pun) to sleep on. We’re saying everyday how well we slept.
Well worth the 5 stars!

Great bed, delivered on time and carried up to the bedroom. Only complaint is that the drawers are quite flimsy and I’m not sure they will last as long as the bed. Have to give a shout out to the two assistants at the store who were a great help choosing the right bed for us.

The staff member Alex was extremely helpful and given advice with the highest expertise and provided useful information.It is a great place to find the best matress suited to your needs Definitely recommend to pop in if you are planning to buy a new great quality matress and bed frame they also have sofa beds too.

The service and the way I was looked after at the Reading branch of Dreams was excellent. I wish my experience at other retailers was as good as this.
The knowledge and care that Ollie gave, really helped me make a decision on the mattress that I needed.
There was no pressure and every question asked was answered fully. Thank you.

Delivery on time, However, would have expected more customer service. they were in and out in 5 mins and didn't even open the plastic so we were left having to dispose of the plastic ourselves

I walked into the Reading store and was the only person there with 2 assistants who extremely helpful. I got all the advice I needed and went on to make a purchase.

Not 5* as 1 drawer was seriously scratched (yes it had a drawer front going on it so cant be seen but not the point) and 1 drawer had pen marks on (clearly pen used to measure material) when paying over £1000 for an item dont expect any damage

the delivery was good and the mattress is OK - perhaps not quite what I was hoping for rather than anything wrong with the mattress. I was hoping for a better nights sleep and it hasnt really improved it!!

Mattress is great my back now doesn't hurt when i wake up. I chose the mattress that was recommended for me.
