The moment I stepped back into the Ocean Park store, the manageress recognised me, remembered my name and welcomed me in, and asked what was I looking to purchase, I said my new bed, she showed me to the sleepmatch bed, did the trial and come out with so many beds to literally try out, I wittled it down to 3 mattresses, then finally down to the one I eventually opted for, then I was asked as to what type of base I wanted, and then shown the various types, made my selection and finally getting to the headboards, I felt in good hands with her, she was helpful, very knowledgeable of the products on show, friendly and approachable yet professional, her name is Athena, if I need anything else to do with beds then it's Dreams I'll be returning to, hopefully Athena will be there too. Since being in reciept of the bed, it's so comfy, that some mornings I struggle to get out of it.

Brilliant staff inside the store, very helpful and friendly, gave me a bottle of water and a few laughs aswell as a really good price on my mattress/pillows. Really happy about this and can't wait to go to sleep!

Brilliant service from start to finish. Lots of time spent with us while we choose our bed and options trialed and tested. Given drinks while we purchased. Our move date got messed up and we were able to rearrange the bed delivery easily for our new move date. The delivery was quick, smooth and efficient. No complaints here at all the the best is to die for! Sweet dreams all round 👍🏻

Great customer service in Dreams Portsmouth-helpful and knowledgeable chap who was not pushy at all. Answered all of our questions and even offered us cold drinks on a very hot day. It’s all very well looking online, but in person customer service is very important.

From start to finish the service has been excellent. We went with another company in Feb and it was a horrendous experience as no mattress turned up.
With Dreams, we went in store, picked what we wanted, never felt pressured (apart from the over eager pushing of drink offers lol), we picked a date 📅 for delivery and it arrived.
The communication throughout has been excellent and the delivery team were quick and efficient.
I'm so happy with the service and they've always been great.
Thank you so much for making it easy as the stress and anxiety we had with our first attempt with another company made me nervous to do it again.
Let's hope the mattress is as good quality as the service.

I have always got mine and my children beds from Dreams I like the way you can test them and feel comfortable doing it I have used a new store lately and the staff are really good and helpful next time I need a new bed I will be going back to dreams.

Amazing customer service throughout buying to delivery. We went to the Waterlooville store and Athena was really helpful and just made us feel comfortable when purchasing. Delivery was also good, delivered on the required day and there was no issues. We put it together ourselves also and that was pretty straight forward for an ottoman!

We visited the Dreams store at Ocean Park Portsmouth. Apart from a friendly initial greeting we were left to wander around with no pressurised salesman chasing us around. When we asked for advice and guidance it was knowledgeable and to the point. Once we had made our selection again the salesman was polite, efficient and provided us with some new pillows and mattress cover, nice touch. The delivery service was also spot on. Informed all the way, bang in the middle of the 2hr slot. Guys were polite, helpful, efficient couldn't ask for better. Thanks Dreams know where to come next time.

Harry gave us the most incredible service I have ever experienced.
We recently moved to the UK and were trying out the various beds, trying to match it the the last mattress we had.
We were put on the sleeping machine, everything explained to us and taken to all the various mattresses available which match our needs.
Harry was extremely knowledgeable, patient, had a great sense of humour and answered all our MANY questions.
We were on a budget and ended up finding our dream mattress which was far out of our price range. Harry managed to find us one upstairs in the clearance section which was the exact one we wanted and in our budget. I have never had such good client service like this before. We walked out extremely chuffed with the value we got for the price. Wonderful salesman, I will be recommending Dreams going forward to everyone based on the outstanding experience I had.

Happy with the purchase and and delivery team. The lead time was also significantly less which was a bonus.

I was very pleased with the experience in the shop , very helpful young man, in real contrast to the very unhelpful and miserable delivery man. The bed is lovely.

We have been thinking of converting our super king bed to twin beds and needed some help on how we could go about this. Tom, the Dreams assistant, gave us all the information we needed in a polite, friendly and helpful manner, listening to us and giving us a range of options. We came away after a very pleasant half hour in the shop with our new mattresses purchased and a smile on our faces.

The team at Dreams Portsmouth went out of their way to help us, and to make sure that we understood everything. The internet that Dreams have in Portsmouth is very slow, and locked when they were down loading the paper work, this is the only improvement that could be made. The staff are excellent.

Excellent service from very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The new location of the Portsmouth store is ideal with loads more room to display the stock. Very impressed and would definitely recommend a visit!
