Purchasing my new bed with Dreams was a very positive experience, staff extremely helpful with information and options.
Delivered absolutely on the day and on time.
I’m very happy with my new bed.

Perfect fitting (yes fitting for a mattress) now having a great night's sleep, anyone thinking of buying a mattress I would advise to use the fitting it's free and only takes 5 minutes and the staff at our branch were fantastic not pushy but very informative many thanks

1. Good sales staff: not 'in your face' but gave good guidance at the start and then available in the background.
2. Good product: with one level of firmness on one side of the mattress and a different level on the other side
3. Good delivery staff: speedy, helpful and happy

Really helpful store staff, super knowledgeable about their products, supported us in the buying process but without pressurising us and no following us around. Competitive prices and a good offer. Delivery staff were fantastic too, super polite, shoe covers on, quick work. Would definitely recommend.

The mattress is really comfortable, the ordering service at the shop was quick. After a few weeks after we have ordered, we found out the price has dropped before it's been delivered, the staff has arranged the price match refund quickly.

Everything from visiting the showroom having to cancel delivery 3 times but finally having the bed delivered and constructed. Every member of staff I spoke to were really lovely.

Sold a mattress that was supposed to be natural fibres, as we struggle with heat in bed - we have discovered now, after removing the very expensive, 6 month old mattress that has given us countless back problem resulting in physiotherapy - to get rid of it that it is viscose and polyester. It was rock hard when we got it, unlike the one in store, and was told it would soften but it hasn’t. Absolute waist of £1200, the 3 month test is a shambles and I will take this further. Disgraceful.

The showroom member of staff answered our myriad questions directly and simply and was not 'pushy' at all. He explained all the choices and extras without hard sell, so the whole browsing and buying experience was relaxed and pleasant.

Great customer service in store, no pressure to purchase. Delivery was on time and delivery staff friendly. Pleased with my purchase.

Customer relations was very good with Judy taking her time and allowing us as much time as we required to try as many beds as we wished with information as to the difference between each of the beds, we made our minds up and purchased a new mattress to replace the previous Dreams mattress that we had had for 12 years

Very friendly and knowledgable staff in the showroom, got a great deal on a Feather & Black mattress over the bank holiday weekend which is incredibly comfortable. Ordered on Saturday and arrived on Thursday within the 2 hour slot stated, no complaints at all.

Awful This company is like a joke company? Not sure whether its just my local store but we have contacted customer services and no one got back to us silly me just brought another bed after buying 3 previously.... well I payed roughtly 2000 for a massager bed that dosnt work with the mattress (mattress sold with bed was to heavy) also 3000 for matress that was a waste of money! Ended up leaving bed vacant at one of my properties!!!! Rang company went into store twice and was told I'm correct mattress is probably to heavy as the massager just makes a noise no vibrations... took a video to your customer services they agreed ! No resolution. Do you like wasting peoples money.....

Second bed .... still on order not due till 29th August .... I rang them to pay balance and they said systems down so can they ring me back... I said but please do as I want to pay.... that was a week ago! Absaloutly useless..... you take the money then can't be bothered. I shouldn't of bothered. Luckily son in laws bed that cost over 3000 is OK but I should be a valued customer. Maybe you just don't care!!!!!!

I went to my local branch in Brighton & I found the staff really friendly & not intimidating or jumping all over you like a car show you. They were really knowledgeable & were able to help me make the right choices.
The delivery guys were also great & even took their shoes off & arrived an hour earlier than scheduled.
The bed itself is of great quality which is hard to say these days. The metal components are high grade steel & solid. The base is really thick & sturdy. I am overall really pleased with everything. I really can’t complain.

We were very happy with the Dreams service in Portslade. The assistant Joshua was helpful, informative, respectful (we're an older gay couple) and patient and non-pushy with our decision-making. We were very impressed.

Fabulous service at Dreams in Portslade, really friendly, welcoming staff. Great product range to try and plenty of time to make a decision. Very happy 😊
