Very rude staff member
We bought an ottoman bed from Dreams in November which we are pleased with. We needed another bed so thought we would go back there. What a bad move that was. We looked around, lifted up one of the ottoman beds only to be shouted at by a staff member, even though he was sitting at his desk with other customers. I looked at him, closed the bed and walked out. Went over to Furniture Village and bought a bed there. Would never use or recommend Dreams ever again

We brought a king size mattress which was over £1000 and after 6 months use both sides have a depression which includes turning head to foot , very disappointed but still comfortable

Comfortable bed and excellent service
I visited the store for an in-store sleep assessment, where I lay on the bed and my sleeping position was analysed to recommend the most suitable mattress. This gave me confidence that I was choosing the right option for my needs.
I was previously waking up with back pain, but after a week of sleeping on this bed, I’m no longer experiencing that. The mattress is very comfortable, and I’m now sleeping well through the night without discomfort or disruption.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase. The bed provides excellent support, and the difference it has made to my sleep and comfort is noticeable. The service I received was excellent, the salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful, and the delivery and assembly team were professional, punctual, and efficient. From start to finish, the experience has been very positive, and I would happily recommend Dreams to others.

Honestly I never saw the point in an expensive mattress. Maybe I'm just cheap 😂. However the staff in peterborough were incredible, they had me do a sleep test on a special bed, it tailored a specific harness of mattress for my back, the sales lady was so professional and helpful. Found a mattress that was perfect for me within my price range. 100% recommend

Avoid if you want an efficient service…
Quite possibly the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Wrong bed ordered, asked to bring delivery day forward by one day, they moved it back a month. Bed delivered at the weekend, dirty marks on it. In-built tv was smashed, delivery company didn’t even bother to let Dreams know. Now have to wait another 10 days for it to be fixed. Customer service is a joke, at least 30 mins on hold each time. Will never use them again.
