The team were very knowledgeable. Said to try the bed that is linked up to the computer, we thought it would be a load of old rubbish. But it works!! We are very pleased and enjoying great night sleep. And wished we done it sooner. We paid a lot of money for our old mattress so glad to ditch it after 6 months!! will always use Dreams now.

I went to Dreams after having a really awful experience with John Lewis. When I arrived, I was greeted by the store manager who was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
They suggested I use the sleep machine to work out what sort of tension mattress I needed. They showed me the different beds and answered all my questions. I was even offered a cup of tea! I was also left alone to make a decision, which I really appreciated.
I spent time trying out various beds and in the end decided on one which included the 40-day sleep guarantee as well as the 8 years cover.

Visited the oxford branch after being let down by a fellow bed store in the local area. We were greeted by Jeff and Michael who were lovely and informative from start to finish. They showed us everything and got us to lie on a sleep analysis machine- new experience! and ended up buying a mattress the machine recommended along with a new frame!

Buying beds can be boring. But having visited and purchased a bed from a Dreams bed store it was not the case.
The experience was made excellent by the helpful staff and range of beds available. If you are looking at purchasing a bed. I would put Dreams at the top of any list to visit.

Brilliant experience from start to finish with buying our bed from Dreams.
We were served by a fantastic guy called Joshua at Dreams Oxford. He was great and made the whole experience super easy. He was very knowledgeable and couldn’t have done more for us. He was very courteous and reassuring about what bed to buy, but without being pushy or overbearing. Huge thanks to Joshua for helping us with our decision and getting us a good deal.
The bed has now been delivered and it is perfect. Great quality and looks fab in the room. Really pleased with it.
We also selected the assembly service and the two guys who built my bed were amazing! Very lovely and polite, careful not to knock any of the newly painted walls and they took their shoes off before coming in the house. Most importantly they were super speedy at assembling the bed.
In less than an hour they had carried the boxes up to the 3rd floor of my building, built the bed and taken away all rubbish with them. Brilliant service.
