Using Dreams improved our mattress selection. The manager at the Orpington branch helped us through our selection and was very fair, not trying to up sell. I am incredibly impressed by the delivery service, the guys were friendly and accommodating. They insisted on helping me. They were wearing gloves and boot protectors and installed our mattress and provided information, all unwrapped and in place within minutes of arrival. The mattress is perfect for us, choosing an mattress from an online retailer would have left us with a different choice, it would have been a gamble.

Experience in store could not have been better - delivery was exactly on time and well done. What more could be done?

The two work men came on time and fit the bed up really fast and they have really good personality good customer service . Bed was fit up perfectly.

I had to return my original mattress as it really didn’t work for me - under the 100 Day guarantee everything was made so easy - and actually i was given the go ahead to swap over the mattress before the 1st 30 days - the new mattress was ordered and delivered quickly and the exchange took place seamlessly - additionally on both occasions the delivery team have been superb - thank you Dreams for being great!

Very helpful sales assistant, who used a clever "test bed", to determine the best mattress for us. Then we were shown a number of mattresses, in various price categories, that would suit us.
We choose a mattress, did a bit of paper work and we're all set.
