From the minute we enter the shop the staff put us at ease no pressure to spend lots our budget was respected. Having not understood the many types of mattress available to us we were shown and explained to easily the benefits of all. When the guys delivered calls were made to us before hand with correct time. At no point have we had any issues. Five star. We would suggest to all a visit would be helpful.

wide choice of beds and mattresses. We got a bed with four large drawers and a firm mattress and we are having the best nights sleep every night.

Buying a bed can be a daunting experience. It has to be right! Not too soft, nor too hard. The price has to be right. We were taken through the pros and cons by a very knowledgeable lady who helped us not only with a bed but with the necessary accessories. I’m writing from my bed now. I’m very comfortable!

Deliver when they said (2-4 weeks) and not 4 months not impressed. I would have thought spending almost £1000 we would have been better treatment.

Lisa at Dreams Royal Quays was a credit to the company. Told us everything from buying to delivery. They delivered on time and the driver and co driver, put over shoes on and took old mattress away and put new mattress in the room. Perfect 👌

The manager at Dreams is the one that helped me with my mattress and bedframe purchase. She took her time with me and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She even helped me research some things online. The delivery team was also great. Without even having to ask, they took their shoes off before entering my flat. I appreciated that because new carpets had just been installed. They set up the bed quickly and in a professional manner. I highly recommend Dreams.

A very reliable company. The whole delivery was faultless, I was contacted the day before delivery and given a time slot. On delivery day I had a phone call confirming the slot.

From start to finish the whole team were brilliant. Really helpful in store without being pushy at all.

Visited the shop at Newcastle Royal Quays. Daughter (aged 20) needed new mattress for last few years but could never get around to looking for herself. So, dragged her to Dreams and she tried the sleep well measurement mattress tool they had to see what she should get to replace hers. Been using the replacement for about a year, and she is still very happy with it.
Price wise they were about middle of the road when researching on line. Delivered on time with no issues so I'd use them again.
