The staff at Dreams in Loughborough were very helpful and knowledgeable about the beds gave us an insight of what was avaliable . We went away had a look around other stores. We found Dreams had the bed an mattress we wanted and were more competitive on price.

From the purchase of my new bed (Loughborough Store) to the delivery and installation of it the service has been exceptional.

A special mention to the two gentlemen who delivered and put the bed together - you were Brilliant!! I’m sorry I cannot remember your names!

Amazing in store service - very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Accurate time scale. Fantastic delivery service - they carried all of the boxes and the mattress upstairs to the bedroom - nothing was too much trouble.

We bought just what we were looking for. The bed is good quality, comfortable and delivery was on time. Staff in store and delivery team were all helpful and friendly.

Delivery men done what they needed to do, but were not friendly. No route walked. Barely said a word.

Good service and help in the shop. The new mattress was soon chosen and delivery organised for a week later. Delivery date and time was notified and a phone call from the delivery guys was received twice on the morning of the delivery to check it was ok. They soon removed the old mattress and put the new mattress on the bed and were very polite and friendly.

The furniture I wanted was in stock and was delivered five days later. The delivery men were helpful and assembled the furniture quickly.

East to order and delivery was good and friendly delivery men.

Being able to look at items without being distracted or feeling pressured. Advisor knew her job very well and was very informative about pillows and mattresses and helped in every way possible. Very grateful to this lady.

I am very pleased with the mattress. Also I gave the drivers who delivered the mattress 5 stars as they went out of there way to deliver my mattress that suited my delivery time. Because of very poor communication and not updating the drivers it put them out. I completed a communication through your systems several days before delivery date that I required the item not to be delivered before 10.30 and even rang Drwams shop the day before and spoke to a member of staff who informed me that they would pass on my message. But the drivers never received either of my messages.
