A really positive experience from the outset - Billy at the Livingston shop was very patient and polite and had no hesitation in showing me the different options available to me. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

I would recommend Dreams to anyone, the customer service was excellent. I was kept up to date throughout the process and the delivery team were knowledgably, respectful and got the job done with no fuss at all.
I love my new bed and meets my needs perfectly.

On entering dreams store staff member was extremely knowledgeable about products and could not have been more helpful. I was offered refreshments and put at ease. I left happy with my purchases.

Not stressful in the least... The Delivery Chaps were also very good in every respect... Taking the old bed away and setting up the new one...

I purchased a Tempura Mattress 2yr ago and it is piling and has a small tear on mattress protector now the zip keeps bursting open I called Dreams who sent out a technician who agreed it was a faulty topper then I got a report saying it was accidental damage this is rubbish I have not even washed this cover yet I have only slept on it so I complained and they agreed to send another technician who told me he read original report and the 1st technician report never said it was accidental this was the office who changed report to (ACCIDENTAL)I was told this by second technician as he checked report before visiting He also agreed Zip was faulty and it would need to be replaced after his visit I received second report basically saying it was wear and tear these mattresses have a 10yr Guarantee I paid £2669.00 and it’s 2yr old I am furious and don’t even bother with Dreams waste of my time even reporting it they obviously have someone in office just disregarding any complaints I will never Buy from them again I love the bed apart from broken Zip on mattress Protector PS 1st technician was trying to fix zip with pliers and screwdriver go figure but (IVE DAMAGED IT) buy only sleeping 🛌 on it I hope someone from Tempur can help me Please I do love the Kingsize bed as I have Arthritis and it is nice to sleep on but will never buy another if this is what happens when you use it I havent even washed it yet Please someone from Tempur look at this because this is not a good news for the Brand and Never buy from Dreams they can’t answer an email or a phone waited 45 mins then hung up

This was a first class experience from purchase to delivery. The staff in the shop were both knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The communication regarding delivery was brilliant and the item was delivered on time. The delivery staff were very professional and took care to make sure item was assembled and placed to meet our full requirements. Just wish more companies had such a high standard,

My headboard didn't come and quite sure it was in with the price of the bed base, also I bought a sofa bed from display and was told it would be hoovered and cleaned, but no it came the same way as it was in the shop and had cheek to wrap it up. Seems once shops get their money they then couldn't care less. After putting in a complaint, a man called Kishan dealt with my issues. He was very attentive and swiftly put things right for me.
