I received excellent service and perfect information regarding my choice of bed and mattress.

I loved the 'magic' bed, you should try it. The young salesman who attended me, Harris, at the Huddersfield store was fairly new to the job but was very friendly and professional throughout, and he sold me the perfect mattress, having slept on it for over 4 weeks I can confirm this as my aches and pains are not as bad so that's a good thing.

Friendly member of staff greeted us and showed us where the types of bed we were interested in were, explained about mattress types and left us to make our decision without hovering or hassling

Ordered x2 yardley ottoman beds
Arrived as promised, on time. Straightforward to build on my own.
I hadn’t realised at time of purchase the base of ottoman is fabric secured by Velcro, would be better if solid. However, as base/fabric contacts the floor it is still fit for purpose.
Beds look good in kids room.

Pleasant experience staff excellent and while the products we bought wernt cheap we got what we wanted. We prefer quality at a fair price.

The staff in store were friendly & knowledgeable. We were given a 2 hour delivery slot & they delivered on time. Great guys who placed the beds in the bedroom & explained everything about unpacking & the 100 day guarantee. The beds are really comfy. Really pleased with our purchase.

From the moment I made my inquiry, Katie was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Katie welcomed us and offered us a drink which was very thoughtful. Katie also recommended the sleep match for us to know which mattress was suited for us.
Katie patiently answered all of my questions, provided insightful advice on the best bed for my needs, and even assisted with the delivery process.

When we walked into the show room we were greeted, and asked what we were looking for, a mattress we were asked also if we would take the bed scan to decipher what type of mattress would suit us. It ran various types of mattresses to try, we tried them all and decided on a Therapur Pace Ati Gel Polar mattress with a gel topping, very comfortable. Very good and on time delivery. We are both very pleased with it.

Staff very helpful, tried the bed machine to be able to select a mattress which staff gave us a variety to try and choose from. Both gentlemen who delivered the mattress again helpful and informative regarding the mattress. Mattress is a dream to sleep on so comfy and supportive
