Choosing the new bed was made simply and it was delivered on time and the fitters were very clean and tidy.

Well made bed, priced to suit most pockets, excellent service, always courteous and helpful, attention to detail, the second time I’ve now gone back to Dreams.

Very happy with my new bed very comfortable. Delivery was good and the guys put it all together.

Good experience in the store. Useful computer assessment on type of mattress best suited to me. Helpful staff, no pressure felt to buy. Made it easy to choose the right one for me. Arrived on time. Delivery people came prepared with indoor shoes to change into. Took them no time to place mattress on bedstead and remove packaging. Very efficient.

The bed arrived at the time they said we were sent emails to keep us informed about the delivery and the delivery men were very helpful we love our new mattress 😋❤️

I was able to leave everything to the delivery men who put the mattress on the bed frame and took the old mattress away. The mattress is very comfortable and I have had less painful joints since sleeping on it.

We had first class customer service when we went to your store in Hereford .
Everything was explained and various mattresses were tried …
We have spent more than we should of but it was well worth the comfort..

Went into Dreams Hereford on the spur of the moment to find out how you get the right mattress for your weight, physique etc. Tried the tester bed and was told I needed a soft mattress. Bought 4'6" with 4 drawers, delivered on 3 September. Absolutely wonderfully comfortable and has improved my sleep. I am delighted with the result.

A good quality product for a reasonable price, delivered quickly by competent movers who knew what they were doing. I haven't slept this well on a mattress this nice in ages. Would recommend.

Early May - shop staff - great.

Delivery.
Great. The guys delivered my nice new bed. Assembled it. Cleaned up after themselves. Took my old base away.
Perfect.

But that was early October.
A full 5 months after the purchase.

I could have hired a dinghy (the French have plenty, so I believe)
Rowed out to Taiwan, or wherever. Made the bed myself. And brought it back with me, in that time. Just as well I had my trusty old base. Some unlucky soul could have been sleeping on the floor for 5 months.
Be thankful for small mercies, I suppose

Apart from that -- no worries.

Purchased a king size bed from them £1500 5 years ago and the mattress started to peel. Contacted Dreams showroom not interested at all. Gave me their customer service line.
When I rang them there comment was if we had purchased one of there mattress covers then the Mattress would be coved for 8 years.
Even though we had a cover on from day one they were not interested at all.

I noticed that in the showroom the staff were only interested in new customers and couldn’t wait to get me out of the shop by saying everything apart from new sales is dealt with by there head office.

Never again Dream on as they say

I placed my order for a devan base over the phone without a problem. The two men who delivered it were great and carried it upstairs no problem.

Essentially Dreams we’re honest and straightforward, they did what they promised, when they promised, very well focused on customer care.

Every thing went so smooth. The sales team were excellent, the delivery went without any trouble and the new mattress was installed and the old one taken away, all done within 10 minutes.
It took a few nights sleep to get used to the mattress, but now I am comfortable with it.
