GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very impressed with the service I received from customer service lady, Lorna, who gave me a warm, friendly welcome at the Hereford store recently. She knew her product and listened carefully to my needs , which included health issues, bedroom space and my available budget. I did not feel pressured and she expertly and patiently showed me suitable items which i was invited to lay on. I found what I hope will be ‘just right ‘ as Goldilocks would say! There is no question the superb product knowledge and interpersonal skills of this salesperson helped me to make a purchase and furthermore to actually enjoy what might otherwise have proved a somewhat daunting experience.

Delivery was very soon after purchase…
Delivery was very soon after purchase in the shop, so no long waiting time. The delivery was quick and clean. Was impressed by the way the delivery men put overshoes on. before stepping on the carpet.
The bed has turned out to be wonderful, It is for my son who usually does not sleep well. He says that he now has the best night ever.

Felt valued as a customer by the very helpful sales staff. Helped us choose the right bed for us a the right price. Tea wasn't bad either !
When the boys delivered the bed they were well manarred respectful of our home and had the bed up in no time at all. They showed us how to operate the ottaman and made sure we understood the do's and dont's.
Well done dreams and thank you Hereford store.

Really pleased with the service at dreams.Lorna the advisor went through everything with us and explained the process clearly.very pleased with the mattress we chose.
The delivery was exactly how it should be. The driver rang to give us the time slot,and rang again when close by.couldn’t be more helpful,and pleasant to deal with.
Highly recommended the company from start to finish of the process.

Very good service
The staff at Dreams Hereford were great and the delivery team great . They put the bed together quickly , gave good advice, and wore overshoes !! The mattress itself ( Tempur) is very comfortable. The duvet and pillow bundle is not worth the money at all. This is why 4 stars not 5.

Purchase of bed and mattress in store was good. I was given a quick delivery date only I didn't get what I ordered, 2 different colour bed parts. Delivery drivers were great. Eventually the correct colour was delivered after 8 days. The in store after sales customer service left a lot to be desired.

Beware mattress "bulge"!
Beware mattress "bulge"!
In 2023 we bought two beds with mattresses from Dreams in Hereford. After less than 12 months of use the king size Silentnight mattress (RRP £700+) had developed a bulge or hump in the centre running from top to bottom. Uncomfortable. We complained to Dreams who eventually commissioned an inspector to examine the mattress. Result? The mattress was only 2.5cm raised in the centre and it was "allowed" to be up to 3.5cm at that age! At this point we were told the mattress should have been rotated once a month. We would never have bought such a mattress if this had been made clear at the point of sale. We are both in our seventies and I have a heart condition. We took our complaint to Silentnight as the mattress has a 5 yr guarantee label. Silentnight said that the guarantee was Dreams' responsibility and could not help. We both feel we have been badly let down and would like to warn others of this shabby service.
FOOTNOTE: Following the review above I was contacted by Dreams' head office and was pleased to accept a substantial offer of vouchers in compensation for our experiences.
