Excellent throughout and love my new bed.

Felt the customer service at the finding & buying a mattress were a little pushy and wanted a higher value sale, not listening to our needs. Once ordered, delivery was exactly on date given. Delivery drivers keep you informed of time and upon arrival, they were professional, cheery and quick, giving excellent service. First few nights we didn’t sleep 100% but were adjusting to new mattress. Now we are both getting excellent nights comfy sleep.
Instructions were given on aftercare of mattress and easy to follow.

The staff in the showroom were knowledgeable and helpful. The tempur mattress that I chose is very comfortable indeed. The pillow too. I would recommend both products. It’s the duvet that isn’t very warm, I do feel the cold so have to have a couple of extra rugs on top plus a hot water bottle! Of course not everyone is like me! It will interesting to see what it’s like in the summer. I must mention the delivery team, they were friendly and helpful, thank you.

What made my experience great as always with Dreams Hereford is the staff and their knowledge about all products in the store . and right through to delivery perfect that is why we keep coming back

Comfy bed that I sleep on every night

Goods delivered on time but the Mattress Cover purchased did not. We were told that it would be delivered by post, after numerous phone calls to the Hereford branch we were told that it had not been posted. Hence the Cover is still to be delivered. Hopefully it will arrive by post this coming Wednesday🤞🤞some three weeks after the Mattress.

Went to Store with open mind , greeted by Sales Lady with asked the relevant then went into SALES mode with the sales aid lying on the all singing and dancing Beds telling us what sort of mattress was needed,
Shown the options and settled on a Brand I knew

My experience of purchasing a bed from Dreams was 5 star all the way. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a friendly and efficient assistant, who could not have been more helpful.
The delivery of the mattress and the removal of the old one was done quickly and efficiently by two friendly drivers.
Finally the mattress is very comfortable and needless to say we are very pleased with it
