Good staff very friendly and helpful full recommend

An unexpectedly pleasant shopping experience at Dreams in Hemel Hempstead. Richard was exceedingly helpful, attentive and friendly without being at all pushy. A well stocked showroom with plenty of options. 1 month to deliver was longer than I'd hoped but much the same as others. Overall very satisfied.

I bought all bedding essentials I need at the time of relocation. Great service at the showroom, best prices within reasonable range in town, made sure that the order reaches me smoothly.

Excellent service from the staff at the Hemel Hempstead store last week. Courteous, knowledgeable and humorous. All in all a very good experience.

We walked in the store not knowing what mattress we would want but when greeted by Claire she suggested trying the sleep machine, this was really useful as it narrowed down the many options and we were really happy with the one we purchased . We could not fault the staff and were very happy with the expertise shown by Claire

Went into Dreams in Hemel Hempstead to look for a new mattress, we were welcomed on entry by Natalie, she was very helpful throughout our visit and was very knowledgeable. We ended up walking out the store with not only a new mattress on order but pillows too 🤣. Would definitely recommend a visit!.

I was told delivery by 26.8 when in store. Suddenly when the order was placed we were told 9.9 but they would call head office to bring it forward. We were called today and told nothing could be done on lead time. I was also told the cool touch was exclusive to Dreams but they have the same in Tempur in Hatfield and £500 cheaper. Now in asking for a refund, I am told they will call back within 72 hrs. I paid in store, so why can't the store person issue the refund?

Served by Rachel in Hemel. Very helpful and felt listened to. Given good advice about bed types and allowed time to try out different types. Not pushed to go for more expensive but best value for us. Kept children engaged during our visit allowing us time to choose and try out beds. Awaiting delivery but hopefully a good choice. Looked up bed after visit and seems like good reviews.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff that took the time to understand my needs from a mattress. Covid safe and I felt at ease throughout my visit. Highly recommended!!

I went to dreams this afternoon. To look at the mattresses. I was served by Rachel b35 8. Who was very helpful and explained a lot of things to us us5 very pleased with the service this was at Hemel Hempstead. We bought a mattress which is going to be delivered Friday. Up to now very pleased with the service I've got. Kind regards Peter O'Connor

First Time to Visit Dreams in Hemel Hempstead.. Have used another Company before so thought we would try a change. We were very happy with the excellent service we receive from Steve and Rachel.
We made our purchase and the delivery time was very fast..
Cannot recommend this Company and Store highly enough...

Rachel and her team in Hemal Hempstead store were absolutely fantastic. Top customer services and really had amazing knowledge of beds and services. Meet anyone in that store they will work with you and find the right bed and the right budget for you.
