No rush or pressure from informative Havant sales staff when deciding which bed frame to purchase .
Delivery guys were so good , professional friendly and knowledgeable .Excellent customer facing advertisment for Dreams .

Peter at the Havant store was friendly and approachable, and did his best to ensure that we got the right mattress for us. He even provided complementary coffee !
The delivery team were equally obliging, taking the mattress upstairs and installing it on the bed. Plenty of advice on aftercare treatment too. All-in-all a pleasant experience.

Helpful, but not pushy staff. The staff had good knowledge of the different types of beds. Delivery was good, letting me known an exact time slot, which they kept to. Cheerful and helpful delivery men. Good to know I have time to test the bed. Bed very comfortable

Got the nicest bed in 2012 but had the worse experience with staff in the Waterlooville and Havant branches.....now wanting a new bed but put off going to this company again because of the staff

The lovely Julie greeted us when we came into the shop and offered us coffee or tea, and made the whole experience of choosing a bed comprehensible and easy. She was great with my somewhat eccentric partner and I would strongly recommend her "people skills".
The bed arrived on time and the installers were friendly and professional, and the bed itself is comfortable, fits the space, and looks good. I would recommend the whole expeience.

Returned to Dreams as even though my bed was only 4 years old (purchased from Dreams) my old
bones was making sleep uncomfortable. The salesman was ex silent listened to my sleeping pattern and tested me on Dreams Computerised Bed. The results showed I needed a softer mattress and I settled on a softer filling,delivery (free) within 48hrs. That was three weeks ago Bliss!!!! Thank you Dreams.

After care service and warranties were clearly explained.
With a special period allowed to ensure we had chosen our most comfortable mattress, we purchased that same day. We also purchased the very comfortable pillows too.

Great service at the shop and used their bed with great input and info. Delivery guys were brilliant and we opted for the removal of old bed and build the new. Only issue we have is there was a very strong smell from the bed. Reminded me of mothballs. Had to spray bed and mattress. But all good now

Everything worked well according to plan and the new mattress is great. I am fortunate to have family fairly close so they could help with the preparations—-and the wrapping of the old mattress—which I could not have done on my own! The deliverers were efficient and helpful! A good purchase proving to be a comfortable and very worthwhile acquisition.
