Extremely satisfied
I explained what I needed, completed the mattress test and was asked several questions by the sales team! I was shown several suitable mattresses and choice what I wanted! There was no hard sell and all my questions were answered, the staff were extremely helpful!

Delightful dreams
The delivery was on time and the same day the people the put the bed and every else were very helpful and very perlite I had no both at all with them all done nicely and I have no complaints. The company were very helpful and delivery on time.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience, staff at the store were great and made the transaction a breeze. Used their 0% credit. Delivery went smoothly and they put the storage bed together after taking it up three floors. Great crew I would recommend without reservation. Our second major purchase from Dreams in three years. Had a very good experience at Dreams Gillingham business park. Our mattress is being delivered within two weeks.
Staff were very helpful especially Howard. He was a very kind gentleman. He suggested trying the sleep match which we did. This narrowed down the selection of mattress’ to pick from that would best suit us. Definitely like this feature. We were offered drinks while we went through the finance of the mattress too. Overall very happy customers.
