Emma at Gillingham was excellent she showed us all the mattresses that were appropriate for our needs, after having tested us on the measuring bed in the store, she gave us pillows that we could test with each bed and explained in detail every different type of mattress we tried and eventually she left us to consider our choices and we decided on the one we wanted.
Well done Emma’s you are a credit to your employers.

The serve Emma from the gillingham retail park, made the experience easy. I needed a mattress and didn't know where to start. She was a great help found my perfect mattress and was so patient while my 3 year old niece was overly excited.

Excellent service from Jamie in the Gillingham store, who was tolerant of our two young children.
Only negative was finding the same mattress on the Dreams website for £100 less within 5 days of our order.

Fantastic from store to door
Fantastic from store to door. Store staff in gillingham were extremely helpful especially Howard who helped us from the moment we went into the store. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive option and even gave us some freebies.
