Good shop Experience, sales staff know their stuff. Plenty of time to try out the different options without feeling rushed by sales team.

Chose the Dreams ‘Helmsley’ mattress,
Delivery team were excellent, two weeks in, it’s already a better nights sleep than I’ve had for years. The next few months of us will prove if I made the right choice.

Very pleased with the service & purchase from Dreams, Very quick to order & delivery, the staff & delivery drivers were all very helpful and knowledgeable explaining everything & making sure we were happy. Worked really well with them taking the old bed & mattress, made the whole experience very easy. Bed is brilliant as electric, which was all set up for us & the mattress is so comfortable, really pleased & would highly recommend.

So helpful especially when we had to stall our house move! Also the guys who delivered the bed were brilliant, no moans, they were “can do not can’t do!”

Excellent service from the first enquiry to the delivery. Sales lady, Jackie, had sound knowledge of products and was never pushy. Had time to give good advice and was able to pick the perfect mattress for my needs. The delivery drivers were very polite and courteous and a good knowledge of how to look after product. Recomend Dreams to anyone.
