Excellent customer service and very good beds and mattresses with good value for money. Irfan and manager John could not have been more helpful, made the whole purchasing experience easy and pleasant and even arranged to exchange one bed for a different size without any problem.

Wonderful service today from Irfan and Jonathon. I wanted to try out the range of Tempur mattresses, though I wasn't intending on purchasing anything (my mum had already suggested that I use Benson For Beds). I didn't have an appointment, but I was immediately greeted and assisted by Irfan. Throughout, Irfan was very knowledgable and attentive, but also gave me the time to try things out for myself. When it came to purchase, I was helped by Jonathan who made a competitive offer that I couldn't say no to - though I purchased today entirely down to the service from Irfan and Jonathan. The delivery time frame was impressive compared to other stores (within 7 days). For facilities, there is free parking at the rear (give them your registration once inside), tea and coffee, a sleep assessment machine and a good range of mattresses to view and try. And a thank you to Anthony who helped me carry the duvet/pillows out to my car. I would happily recommend this store.

Very good mattress very and make me warm

From ordering my new bed frame and mattress in the west Ealing, London store, right through to my delivery and the bedframe being built (I requested this from the shop); I had a great service. Polite and helpful staff, and good communication all the way through.

Mr. Allam was very active and spared no time and having a us round and explaining everything to us and asked us to try the different mattresses and beds. He is very enthusiastic and hard-working in convincing us to make a purchase in which he succeeded and we are very thankful. His boss, Mr John help us with the other aspects of removal of the old bed and mattress and the helpful discount for which we are very thankful

I like Dreams beds because you get what you pay for. Excellent new mattress delivered on time. Amazing choice (maybe too big a choice?)
Anyway, I sleep very well on the new bed mattress.

perfect from start to finish

I bought mattress from dream a year ago but still I feel pain when I wake up in the morning.
And whenever I gives review then dream team replies and they says that we tried to contact you etc, but in reality they don’t contact.

Fantastic job

I have a lower back pain & I am seeing a slight change in my pain level in the second week of using the very firm Fakenham Mattress & I believe as I keep sleeping on it for a few months it will significantly reduce my back pain & give me pain-free nights.

Very comfy bed, we loved the service we received on the store, the professional guys that came to deliver and assembled the bed and our great nights in our beautiful bed.

Delivery was great and finally, I am sleeping a lot better. Thank you!
