All the individuals engaged with me as…
All the individuals engaged with me as a person and didnt try to 'sell me' anything. It was sensitively handled and I was able to ask questions and get answers that were helpful in making my choice of bed. The whole process was 'ronseal' what they said they would do they did and the product is just what I wanted.

(Calvin) went over and beyond to help me with the right mattress for my needs as I have a spinal cord injury he even put me on the the machine that analysed my sleeping pattern and talked me though the the purchase is the chosen mattress he went over and beyond and his more than just a employee his a credit to your company highly recommended.

Mattress from Croydon store
I needed a new mattress and had a tight deadline. The sales assistant in the store really tried hard to find a solution to get me something in my price range and timescale. The delivery slot was allocated and confirmed. The two guys turned up promptly and were polite and efficient. Great customer service all round. Not yet slept on the mattress.

I recently visited the Dreams bed store and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. A special mention goes to Moses, who provided outstanding customer service throughout our visit.
Moses was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand our specific needs, guiding us through various options without ever making us feel pressured. His friendly demeanor and genuine care made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. We left the store feeling confident in our purchase, thanks to his expertise and helpful recommendations.

Very happy with the whole experience
I tried one of those mattresses you buy online and it comes in a box. Didn't like, it sent it back. Decided I wanted to actually lie on the mattress before buying it.
I went to the Dreams in Croydon and the very nice, helpful and knowledgeable salesman let me try all the mattresses I wanted.
He then put me on a
machine that measured how you sleep and any pressure points, it then recommends what type of mattress would suit you.
Ended up getting a great deal on a pocket sprung traditional mattress. I got one classed as "very firm."
I was worried if it was too firm I'd be stuck with it, but was told you have 100 nights to try it out and if you don't like it you can exchange it for a different one. Was happy to purchase it after hearing that.
Delivered on the scheduled day with a phone call to let you know they were on the way.
I love my new mattress, and firm definitely suits me.
For most people it's a big purchase and Dreams made it a pleasant experience.
Highly recommended.
