Not worth the hassle
I wouldn’t buy from Dreams again. I went into the store to try the mattresses and was taken to Sleep Match by a staff member. One of the recommended mattresses was Dream Team Ashbourne. I told the staff member about my lower back problems and how important it was for me to find a decent mattress and i listened to his advice. The mattress was lovely and soft so I purchased it online. I have not had one nights good sleep in two weeks and i have woken up in pain because my spine is not aligned.
I went back into the store today only to be told that this mattress is not really for side sleepers, which I am!
Dreams have offered the 100 night comfort guarantee at a cost of £95, and any money owed will be paid in vouchers.
Im more disappointed because the mattress was recommended by staff which has caused an entirely new problem with my back.

"The staff called Rahim very attentive…
The staff member called Rahim was very attentive and helped me find exactly what I needed. I received excellent customer service from Rahim . He was knowledgeable and patient. Rahim wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase , he is great and offered a pillow and a drink and sleep match and overall my satisfaction was highly met.

We had the pleasure of being helped by Moses at the Croydon Dreams store, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we walked in, Moses was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for, and he guided us through the store with genuine care and honesty.
What really stood out was how considerate he was of our budget — never pushy, just incredibly thoughtful and respectful. He offered helpful suggestions, answered all our questions with patience, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the process.
Moses is not only knowledgeable, but also has such a warm and approachable manner. You can tell he truly cares about helping customers find what’s right for them. He’s an absolute asset to the Dreams team, and we’re so grateful to have been served by him.
