Dreams has a great selection of mattresses and the whole experience felt well organised and professional. Being able to try a wide range of options gave us real confidence in our final choice. The mattress selection machine was also very helpful, as it guided us towards suitable options and made the decision feel much more informed.

Our sales rep - Moses provided excellent service throughout. He was friendly, approachable and very accommodating, giving us the time and space to test different mattresses without any pressure. He was patient, knowledgeable and answered all our questions clearly. Overall, a genuinely positive experience and we would highly recommend this store.

Excellent service the female assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was sent updates regarding my purchase, the delivery men telephoned 10 minutes before arriving at my property they were pleasant and respectful of my property.

A very good mattress

Great in shop experience, delivery was on time and I was kept informed of arrival. Delivery guys were friendly, took their shoes off and took away my old mattress and delivered the new one. No rubbish left and a super comfy mattress.

The salesperson Deryk was very helpful. He assisted us in selecting the correct mattress. The bed was delivered at the specified time and was straight forward enough to assemble. We are delighted with the bed so far.

From our visit to the Purley store to the delivery of our mattress , the whole process was smooth. We already purchased a bed frame from a different company but wanted to trial a mattress instead of guessing by purchasing online. The store colleague was excellent and very well informed. He listened to what we wanted from a mattress and directed us to a few to try. We fell in love with one, and after laying on it for 15 minutes, we ordered it. It did take longer than we wanted to be delivered but it was worth the wait.

My husband is in a wheelchair and he was treated with the greatest respect which is unusual - he is usually ignored.
No pressure sales, helpful salesman who ensured we understood everything answers all our questions - a very positive experience

Great Customer Service

I have been meaning to change my bed for a few years and each time I have been to dreams every agent I have spoken to has been really accommodating. Particularly in the last 2 years I was shopping for a bed. I spoke to Chyna the first time round who ask if I needed help, offered me tea, let me do the assessment to find the right bed for me. When I was ready to buy a year later, she had the same great approach and was again very accommodating. She helped me through every decision I mad, from the type of mattress, the bed base, any pillows need, everything. It was lovely and I am very thankful for the experience I was granted. My only reservation is the prices but the payment plans available is helpful

The sofa bed is super comfortable and the young lady (Chyna)that sold the piece was super helpful and respectful. She was considerate to put a special mention to not have delivery around school pick up time. Very happy with the entire process

Good product, wide range,good service

We had a really great experience in the Croydon store last month. Calvin made sure to listen to what we needed and made lots of recommendations. We ended up being in the store for a couple of hours! We were certain we wanted a certain type of bed, but through his knowledge and guidance, we ended up with the opposite! We now have our mattress and are super pleased with the service. A big thank you to Calvin.

I ordered a bed for my son and I understand to bring it to the room of choice is an extra £40 but it was litterally one of those divan beds, I litterally asked the drivers if they could possibly help me as I was pregnant and they litterally refused because I didn’t pay, like out of the kindness of someone’s heart I would assume a pregnant woman u would have the decency to just say alright go on then leaving the bed at the front door for me to drag is is diabolical

Amazing experience, the shop had all mature staff, so the professionalism level so different, it wasn't just about making commission, it was about selling me a product I needed.

Dreams Bed offers comfortable and long-lasting beds, and their staff are very friendly. Noel, who attended to us, was highly professional and went the extra mile.

It was so easy n the sales assistant was just amazing he was very will to let us try lots of bed ,,,, he was very professional n calm ,,,, Moses was clear with instructions,, very smart n patient,,,
