Best nights sleep ever. I was put on the bed tester as I wanted a firm mattress and it identified my match. From showroom to sleep my experience was a dream. Thank you.

We were shown several beds within our budget and encouraged to take time to try them all out. The sales assistant was patient, experienced and friendly without being pushy or persuasive. Delivery was spot on, delivery arrived on schedule and the guys carried our purchase upstairs. A brilliant service all round!

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams primarily due to the exceptional service provided by Ashley. Second time I've bought from dreams and wouldn't go anywhere else. Customer service is second to none, everything happens just as it's promised. I needed to add a phone number to the delivery after purchase as someone was waiting in for my delivery for me, this is the kind of thing that lots of other companies just don't seem to be able to manage - guaranteed the wrong number is noted on the delivery or the message isn't passed on, but everything went without a hitch and I am spending comfortable nights on my new mattress. Other companies could learn a thing or two from how well you look after your customers. Thank you Dreams, I'm sure I'll be back!

Yes good service

I had waited one month for the new mattress to be delivered. I have only had it 10 days and already dipping, considering this is an expensive mattress this is not the quality one should expect. No courtesy call from the branch, no communication at all. Sent message and mentioned someone will be in contact with 24 hours.

The store was clean and inviting and the staff member who dealt with us was professional, knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. We were welcomed at the door and the whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend.

The bed broke within 5 days and sleeping on it 3 times

We brought a firm mattress as I have a bad back. The mattress is comfortable, and I have had some good nights sleep so far. The delivery was spot-on time, and the drivers were very polite and helpful.

Helpful and great customer service. We ordered a single bed, straight forward with someone who knew what they were talking about and our son sleeps so well and loves it.

The person who was dealing with us was a great man who made sure we must check bed once again in detail ( like stains etc) before making payment .
And they guys who delivered the bed were very nice and sweet too .

The sales experience was fantastic, however the product delivered was badly damaged and despite being offered a replacement there was a significant delay as advised by the company causing a massive inconvenience.

However representative by by the name Kishan contacted me and resolved the issue by replacing the original order with an alternate choice without extra cost. This has been very pleasing in terms of service.
