Visited Dreams in Cannock. Excellent customer service. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Paul helped us choose our bed and mattress and arrange our delivered and assembled for a date that was convenient for us. Excellent service overall highly recommend.

Visited the Cannock store and received excellent customer service from the store manager (Paul). Highly recommend this store to try out mattresses and get friendly, informative and expert advice. Purchased a mattress and pillow which are to be delivered in less than a week.

Cannock Orbital
The man that served us from the Orbital in Cannock was very nice and accommodating. Even when a problem occured with delivery he was more than happy to help and understood our frustration. He sorted out another mattress for the same price and same style and got that to be delivered instead. So I still have a mattress in time for when I move in! He was very pleasant and made me laugh!

Very Satisfied visit
Visited the Cannock store on the Orbital was greeted on arrival and helped through every step of our purchase. Excellent service. Went in not sure if we would be purchasing that day but had all our questions answered and came away having gone ahead and purchased and delighted with our choices

Superb "old fashioned" SERVICE
The whole experience from in-store at Cannock (thank you Paul) to delivery of our new mattress two days later, was fabulous. We had time to try, and try again, to decide which mattress was for us. Time to discuss in private and ask questions. Choice made, delivery was arranged and carried out quickly, safely, efficiently and politely. Absolutely faultless. Definitely to be recommended

Received excellent service this week from Tammy and Paul in the Cannock branch of Dreams. Couldn’t have been more helpful or welcoming. Gave me ample time to try out as many beds as I wished, and gave lots of good advice to nelp me choose too. Looking forward to having my new bed delivered soon.

Went into the Cannock store with an idea of what we wanted. We were greeted by Gary. He was an excellent assistant. He showed us what we wanted but didn’t pester us at all. He allowed us our space so we could look around but still ask questions. He was lovely and a credit to the company.
