From the time we walked in the store we were greeted and left to look around until we needed help.
The sales person wasn’t pushy but very helpful. We also tried out the bed tester to see what we were compatible with with .
Had a great experience and would recommend a visit .

made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff We are both in our 80's and disabled my husband is in a wheelchair and cannot talk now because he has had cancer again in his throat the sales person was great made sure he was looking at he so he could lip read that made all the difference to him

Dreams offer excellent customer service…
Dreams offer excellent customer service throughout your visit if wished. The Sleep Machine is an added bonus to see what type of mattress suits you best. As made to order, one side can be firm whilst the other is of medium support or whatever you require.The sales team are very knowledgeable and informative.we bought a mattress and bed. If not entirely happy with the mattress you can have one change after 40 days but within 100 days. Which is excellent. I would highly recommend Dreams to anyone wishing to purchase a mattress or bed.

The sale assistant was excellent and knew the products. He gave us excellent advise after using the sleep match machine.
Our mattress has arrived and was delivered by two lovely chaps who moved the very heavy bed upstairs on a very hot day. They were very helpful, again, excellent customer service.

Excellent bed for teenage son
The man who served us called Robert was excellent and we walked out with a bed, a mattress and some bedding. Couldn’t fault the customer service. I bought an ex display mattress which saved me around £150.00 and it’s like new. I was a bit bemused when they plonked my teenage son on a £950.00 mattress and I had to say ‘sorry I’m not spending that on my son’s mattress!’ After that it was all good! And they knocked the price down a bit as I bought everything together. Great service Robert! So patient, friendly and helpful. Sorry I couldn’t remember your surname.

Really good customer service
Really good customer service! We went looking for our first home, didn’t really know what we wanted. Dan was really helpful, we used the sleep machine and he directed us to the best fits for us. He was also really knowledgeable and set everything up without the pressure of buying there and then. Thank you!

Friendly, knowledgable staff
Jennifer was extremely helpful when purchasing my new mattress. I visited the store twice and was warmly welcomed both times, being remembered the second time. The staff were very knowledgable about the products and were able to make suitable recommendations without being too pushy
