Great service in store and on delivery

Had a try of many beds while there when I was guided by staff to try the bed measure to help pick the right mattress . This was a big help and the staff got the right mattress for me aswell as lots of extras . Pillows mattress protection and duvet . Gotta say these guys are great .

I was more than happy with the deal I got and loved how the sales people were helpful and not pushy to get a sale.

Great knowledge from staff, advised on best mattress glad we listened wil never go back to a cheaper coil mattress ever. Great deal on ex display bedroom set including matress bench and bedside tables. Delivered following weekend

Excellent purchase from Dreams buying a new mattress the guy who helped us out in store was very helpful, it’s a big decision when buying a mattress and the one I chose is very good after just over one week of using it I have had a more comfortable sleep, and I like the fact that they dispose of your old mattress… and as long as you put a mattress topper (shout out to Asda £15 for the easy fit topper) on your new mattress if there’s any issues with in 30 days you can return it, I bought the mattress in the sale still fairly expensive but I would never buy a cheap mattress so all in all very good

Very good I store help. Salesman was very informative. Delivered on time. I was kept informed as to when it would arrive and the two delivery guys did a wonderful job. Could not fault them.

Friendly and helpful when choosing the bed and mattress. Delivery people friendly showed how use bed once built.

Hole process was quick and easy
Delivery arrived as arranged, the staff unloaded and erected the bed setee and showed how it worked.
Bed setee used over last weekend and bath occupants said it was very comfy
So all I all good buy x

From the staff at the store in Brierley Hill West Midlands to the delivery drivers I was very impressed with their knowledge of the product and their willingness to help.My bed was delivered on time and Kevin assembled it quickly and safely.He also demonstrated the functions of the bed.I would not hesitate to use Dreams again.

Great experience in-store, and a great product. Ordered a Tempur mattress for my 80-year old mother to help her recover from a hip replacement. Dreams sent an email telling us that "We understand the value of a good night's sleep" then without a sense of irony give a delivery slot of 7.30AM, before which I needed to get up, get round to my mother's house, help her out of bed, strip the bedsheets and wrap the old mattress for collection. At least when the delivery guys turned up at 7.35AM they had the decency to be apologetic for showing up at this ludicrously antisocial hour.

Very helpful, felt important and got a good deal highly recomend
