Blown away by the service of Kieran at the Bournemouth branch. Got us exactly what we needed, helped us with finding what we liked, offered tea and coffee and even went as far to phone another branch to see if they had a mattress that wasn’t in stock. The staff at Bournemouth were unable to help me find out when my bed was arriving the next day, as they hadn't explained that you required a mobile phone at the time of ordering I had given them my landline so when I rang the shop to find out when I could expect delivery as I hadn't heard, then they advised I wouldn't hear because I needed a mobile, if they had told me this at the time I could have given them a number - most unhelpful, both members of staff that I contacted told me different stories - none of which were true, said the delivery was coming from Bridport - it came from Andover, please give your staff some courtesy training - I would never buy from you again - but must say the delivery staff were polite, and came at 8.40 a.m. in the morning although I had no idea what time they would arrive.

I am glad you are happy with the service provided by the delivery team, and I hope that you like the product now it is delivered.
Whilst I appreciate the frustration, this was an error made by the sales person, and it is very disappointing that you feel you will never use Dreams again because we missed off a telephone number at point of order.

Very pleased with everything about Dreams
Very pleased with everything. The Salesman that served us took his time and made sure we were happy with the bed we bought to the two men that delivered it and put it up and removed our old bed very efficient and clean workers polite and friendly. A pleasant experience
Siobhan made us feel welcome from the beginning. We loved the Sleepmatch machine, just what we needed, since there is a difference in size and weight between my partner and me. We told Siobhan about our needs and concerns and asked lots of questions which she answered always with a smile and with a lot of knowledge, she knows what she talks about, she is pleasant to talk to. We took our time making a decision and we never felt rushed or under pressure. Thank you Siobhan for your help and your patience. I just hope that our new mattress will give us years of comfortable sleeps :)

The bed is great! Isabella bed, we love it.
The staff at Bournemouth were always very helpful and friendly. We asked them to wait for it to be delivered and they did wait a long time.
