Great experience in store, easy to order, given a delivery date whilst in store.
Delivery updates regularly, driver phoned on the day with precise time, arrived on time, followed all instructions, very pleasant lads on the van.

Great service from start to finish! ⭐
Me and my partner both suffer from back pain, so we decided it was time to purchase a new mattress.
We had no idea as to what matters would work for us both. As soon as we walked into the shop, we was greeted and offered professional advice (from start, to finish) to help purchase the correct mattress for us.
Medium to firm is what we have selected, with no regrets at all.
Sleeping is now something we both look forward too.
The saying "You get what you pay for" is definitely correct when it comes down to a mattress!
When the times comes on purchasing a new mattress, we will most definitely be back at the Blackburn Dreams store!

Been looking for a new bed for a while…
Been looking for a new bed for a while looked in all the shops and online not finding what I wanted went to dreams Blackburn the lady in the shop asked me what I was looking for .had a go on the simulator picked me a beautiful mattress. The lady showed me the kind of bed frames I was looking for .purchased the bed 0% interest with a deposit. A week later my bed arrived. The assembly persons were totally professional little over a hour later my bed was ready. Slept like a log since 10 out of 10 all round
